When my furnace went out I was without heat for 3 days. I called this hvac company and they came to repair my heating unit. This hvac company provides fast, quality heater repair service in the city of Hillsboro, Oregon. My family and I ended up purchasing a new system from them that included a lot 99 year warranty on the heating furnace. My kids allergies also went away after they recommended both to clean and sanitize the ductwork.

Our technician Daniel was fair, honest and came to our aid on a Sunday. He needed an additional part and returned on Monday to finish the job. We live in Hillsboro and he had to drive to Clackamas to pick up the additional part Monday morning. We received messages on arrival times and he arrived exactly when he said he would. AC died in the middle of a record heatwave. Called several repair places, all of which said they were booked out a month or didn't answer and had full voice mailboxes. Then found Global, and they were able to send a tech over within a few hours. He had the necessary part on his truck, and the repair took less than an hour. Very professional, great service, and I won't hesitate to call them again in the future.

My central AC unit stopped working in the middle of our heat wave. This company had a contractor that was able to come take a look at by AC unit the day that i called. This was a pleasant surprise as all other HVAC companies i called had about a ~4 week wait for an appt. The contractor the fixed my AC unit was very flexible with his time and very professional.
