Roofers LLC was absolutely amazing! We were hit with roof damage after the storm on 12/23 and the owner of the company happily came out same day to check on the extent with no hesitation. Within a few days we had the tarps up and soon after the roof was fixed! All done with no hesitation right at Christmas when most other businesses would wave you away. Alex and Parker were helpful and professional. After inspecting the roof, they suggested and made a small repair underneathba window ledge, in order to address a leak we noticed when our gutters and windows were cleaned. Roofers LLC were the third roofing company I called to repair a water leak on my roof. They were the first company that didn't try to cheat me out of thousands of dollars! They arrived on time, found the issue easily, and they gave me a very reasonable quote. They were knowledgeable and professional. A roofing company with great ethics and does everything they can to help situations. They are fair and don't charge for inspections. If you just need some caulk to seal something small they won't even charge you. All they ask is you call them when you eventually do need a new roof. I called Alex Lopez to come check what I thought was a leaking vent pipe boot, turned out we had hail amd wind damage back in June that Caused the issue, we where Able to get the whole roof replaced in short order. The work was completed and all debre cleaned up in one day. Alex, Eaton and Parker were on sight throughout the day to check the work being done, and did a final inspection off all the finished work, Supper easy to work with. And helped with the process of the Ins. Wish all service companies were so easy to work with

This past month between storm Ian and Nicole we found out that they had left us with a leak in one of our closets upstairs, someone that already had done business with Roofersllc highly recomended me to call Alex Lopez that I wouldn't regreret, and yes he was right, after calling Mr Alex Lopez like around 7pm one Friday night and talking to him for more then half hr he told me he could tell I was very stress about the situation and that he was going to take care of us asap, the he showed up at my house the very next morning to address the problem, he then guide me with the paperwork and told me step by step how everything was going to be done, when they arrived to the house to repair my roof it was like I had work with them before, I knew exactly what they were doing Alex Lopez was there with them until the very end, then he made sure we were please with everything before they left. Roofers, LLC provided exceptional service in every way. First, let's s start with the most attentive, honest and hard working sales rep that we have ever met, Parker. From the first meeting Parker was up front and an advocate for us. He worked with our insurance company, going over and beyond to make sure that they had the needed pictures and other pertinent info needed.

He answered every question we had and was even present during the roof install. Next his leadership, whom also made themselves available to us throughout the process. I was able to meet Diego in person when he came to our home to discuss the roof prior to being hired and again when he called after the work was finished to check on our satisfaction and Ethan when I had a question.

And of course, the workmanship - On the day of install, the crew arrived on in time and began working right away and their was not a notable break in the work until the roof was completed. The crew cleared ALL debris including all roofing nails that landed in the yard. I haven't found not one left laying around!

Ethan was awesome! He came out on wicked short notice to fix my ridge vent before Hurricane Ian is about to dump a ton of rain on us. Without him, I'd probably looking at some significant damage and repair bills. I will definitely use him when it's time to replace the roof and for any repairs that come up. Thanks Ethan!

Diego is AMAZING! We had our house under contract, and a new roof request came after inspections with a very short turnaround time for me to get estimates and my response back to the buyers. After calling several companies, stressing given the circumstances, Diego was the ONLY one that assured me that he'd get out there that same day for an estimate.

Not only that, but he was also the ONLY one that even asked if we had Homeowner's insurance and was very informative and patient in explaining what I would need to do on my end. After he was able to see the roof for himself, he was able to provide proof of hail damage (including the latest hail report map with the exact date/time) and offered to help meet the insurance adjuster when that time would come to help show them the hail damage.

I couldn't have asked for a better person/company to help me navigate through the next steps - I was very stressed about the rush of it all and Diego was on top of it. I'd definitely recommend at least calling them, and you'll see for yourself from there.

We had some shingles come loose in one area after the last storm. I called Roofers in the morning and Ross was able to come by for an estimate and repair the same day. Our shingles were not put on properly by the builder. He was honest, thorough, and fast. You can trust them to be fair and not overcharge. We had a small job, but this is, the company we will call when it's time to replace our roof in the future. Highly recommend!

Professional from the beginning, Ross worked with our insurance company, scheduled the work in a timely manner, and followed up with us throughout the process. We really appreciated their work with the insurance company as payment was disbursed in two separate payments after the company submitted that the work had been done, creating a hassle-free experience for us!
