Called late at night for a quote for someone to come check our AC. Our house was reading in the mid 80s for a month & we could figure it out & couldn't take it anymore. I'm sure she was the owner and she said she would have someone over the very next day. Ivan came the next day and looked at everything. We found out that the motor in the outside unit was broken. Thankfully it was under warranty and all we had to pay for was labor. He ordered the part the next day and installed it and it was fixed. They didn't charge an arm & leg to come out and inspect it.

They were absolutely the best. Daniel came out and was very professional giving me all the information I needed to get my unit repaired through a warranty claim through the builder. Experienced AC issues late in the evening scrambling to find 24/7 solutions. Grande was the quickest solution available with regard to response time and sending somebody out. They also kept me updated with phone calls and texts throughout the entire process. They weren't the first option in going through google search for the area, but I'm glad I landed on them.

I finally called Grande at 8:25pm and they had someone already headed out just before 9pm. This is as good as it gets when it comes to service. Professional company.professional results with a friendly smile and attitude.and a ton of experience and knowledge. Highly recommended!

Grande Air Solutions have been servicing our AC for the past two summers and have been great. Great service, professional and informative, quick, usually seeing us the same day we call for service. This summer we made the decision to replace our 15 year old unit and Grande, especially Ivan, was very helpful in the whole ordeal. They did all the work in a few hours and cleaned up after themselves. Ivan even came out a few weeks later to check on everything. We will continue to use them for our yearly ac maintenance!

Izzy with Grande came out and installed a new unit for very reasonable price. They did great work and his make it right attitude is refreshing to see. When we had a clogged drain on Sunday, he came out at 8:00 after a long day and made it right. This was not his fault as the lines were not part of the new installation, but he made it right, and on a Sunday night.

He worked a long day and still have a very pleasant attitude and was still smiling when he left. Amazing person. I cannot rate Grande any higher than 5 stars or I would and I am a very picky person. Thank you.

Izzy and his team are so amazing! Our AC went out on the hottest evening of the summer and within hours he was at our home fixing it so our baby wouldn't have to sleep in a hot house. We continued to use him to repair some AC ducts in our attic and fully service our AC unit. He was always on time and went above and beyond! We are in the process of moving and not only are gifting the new owners our winter service but will continue to use them! It's a family company and they work really hard! Would highly recommend!

I am very impressed with Grande Air Solutions & am happy that I finally found an HVAC company that is reliable, knowledgeable, efficient, tidy, & works hard to earn my business. I have a new AC unit. I booked the job 4 days ago - that includes the weekend. Isael was able to have everything he needed to install this unit on my time, so he was very flexible working with my schedule.

I am going to sign up for the yearly maintenance package so that my AC/heater are checked out when they are supposed to be, not every couple of years when I remember to have it done. Bonus: explains everything so that someone like me could understand & very friendly!

Excellent service. Isael was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable of not just the AC unit but with the HVAC service as a whole. Because of this experience, he explained to me the discrepancy in price and why he was more affordable than others. I would definitely call again if service is needed.

Everything went great Grande Air Solutions responded quickly and already had a good idea of what was wrong but also gave our unit a very thorough inspection and were able to fix our ac unit with a replacement capacitor on the spot.
