The Right Choice Heating and Air And The Farmers Branch Police Department
Yesterday, Officer Babineaux responded to an address in regards to a welfare concern. Upon arrival, Officer Babineaux learned that the elderly resident lived alone and had few resources. The air conditioning at the residence had been inoperable for a month and the residence had plumbing issues. Officer Babineaux was able to locate and contact two local businesses, The Right Choice Heating and Air and Metro North Plumbing. These great community partners volunteered their services to assist the resident with the necessary repairs! Outstanding work by all involved!

TX heat exceeded 105 degrees over 27 days and my outside unit was on life support and squealing. I secured 3 different quotes. I choose The Right Choice initially because of the professionalism, knowledgeable and willingness to answer all of my questions and concerns. I just felt valued as a potential customer. Subsequently I called and advised I would be going with his company and they promised installation for the next day and bright and early my 2 techs showed up and it's been heaven on earth ever since. Financing was arranged to my satisfaction and the completed job was left very tidy. Thanks guys I certainly made THE RIGHT CHOICE.

In preparation for summer, I contacted The Right Choice Heating and Air to conduct a seasonal inspection/maintenance service on my AC. The Right Choice is by far one of the highest rated full-service HVAC in the area and I've always been very pleased with their service. This experience was no exception and I must give particular acknowledgement to James S. for his incredible commitment to providing extraordinary customer service. James exhibited extensive technical knowledge and professionalism and took time to show me that the AC system was performing properly and in good shape for the impending summer heat.
From this one encounter, it was quite evident that James takes great pride in his job and also truly cares about the customer. The Right Choice hires only the best and I must say that James sets a very high-bar for delivering exemplary customer service. Great job!

David and Nathan came out to find out why I was popping a fuse. Within a matter of a few minutes they found the problem of the nicked wires. I then found out that they also do bathroom remodeling which I was taking quotes on. I got 2 service a remodeling quote and a. This review is regarding the customer service I received by Natalie. I've been a customer of TRC since 2018. Natalie has always made me feel like I was a valued friend of the company. She greeted my call with "Hi Ms. Murphy!" Recently, I was disappointed in some discoveries based on the services received in August that made me question the past services and that's not to say good or bad of the recent service. However, I was very uneasy about the experience and left a message for the Operational Mgr to call me back which I have yet to received.
Very unusual. As I was getting ready to write just the opposite type review, I decided to call and ask for Natalie, not sure if she was still with the company bc of all the transitions. Left a message for her to call me back which she did right away. It felt so good to hear a familiar voice that I know I could rely on. As always, she listened thoroughly, understood why I had concerns, cleared up some miscommunication, assured me that they have all my service history and records so they know how serious I am about the care of my unit.
She told me about the new manager and his ideas in taking service's to the level which I liked what I heard. Additionally, she said she would followup regarding my call back from mgr. TRC, these representatives are the first faces (voices) of your company for most and for me it can make all the.difference. Natalie is genuine, honest, responsive, knowledgeable, professional and knows how to build relationship with customers. Thank you Natalie, you're the best!

I am a long-time customer of The Right Choice. They have great, courteous, prompt techs, and of course, the customer service and especially Yahaira, are excellent. I have an old home and old AC, and I needed some help because I can't replace my whole system now, and they fixed it for me for now. In the future, I know I will need a new system and their help.

Amazing service great company our heater stoped working tonight and Oscar the tech arrived within an hour. He discovered that hour blower motor was burnt and replaced it with a new one. UPDATE! To the update My last update I was dispeased with the outcome of work and wrote about it. I got a call from the owner of the company. He called to apologise and we spoke about the issues I was having with the ac unit. He took care of us. that same day he sent hid best technician to look at the issue. The coil was the issue with the small tubes that were clogged.
The onwer was on it and made sure the a.c. was fixed and ready to go. It has been working since. Thank you Mr Daniel for helping and stepping up. Thank you for taking your time time help with the issue. The a.c. has been working well since. Thanks again sir!
