The home we bought needed a great deal of work, including MANY diificult plumbing issues. From the moment Waialae Plumbing walked through the door, until the moment they left, we were delighted with their professionalism, creativity, determination, and care. The technicians were friendly, helpful, and extremely competent. I highly recommend Waialae Plumbing.

I needed a leaky faucet repaired and called Waialae Plumbing as I always do. Danny arrived and he not only fixed my leaky faucet but he also replaced another old faucet that I had been wanting to replace AND he replaced all the valves to my toilets and sinks. It took him all day but he worked until the job was done. How's that for great service?!

Very pleased with Waialae Plumbing - a friend recommended them and they were responsive from the website and the person who took my call was professional and helpful. Not used to this combo since my experience has been the local "I no care" mentality. Nathaniel identified my plumbing issues, made recommendations and even found new issues with a faucet.

He even suggested selecting my own fixtures or using WP's for the kitchen. Since I hate to shop I checked out WPs' which Nathaniel had in his truck. WP said he could show me what they carry when he came for my appointment! Wow! Talk about saving time! Had no idea they had models in their truck - makes a lot of sense for people like me who hate to shop.

I like their membership system too has lots of benefits and saves money if you have to call for help. A good plumber is not easy to find now I don't need to look anymore.

I've had an excellent experience with this company. Patrick was friendly, professional, and deftly cleared the clog in my kitchen sink. The ancient pipes in my building are extremely difficult to work with and the level of service he provided was above and beyond. I'll definitely use the Waialae again when I have plumbing problems.

Nate arrived, evaluated my needs and informed me what it would take to accomplish them. He was highly professional and I was totally satisfied with the quality of work he did. Our bathtub drain was clogged. Called Waialae plumbing and they came through wihtin a a couple of hours. Our technicians Matt and Daniel were a pleasure to work with. They were quick to remove to clog, very personable and professional. Waialae plumbing will be my go-to plumber from now on.

Update! As per their response below, Waialae Plumbing issued me a refund for their service call, which I sincerely appreciate. As I said everyone was very cordial, I simply wish they would've given me a heads up and I could've saved their servicemen a trip. Trust me it wasn't the money, but the refund is a tremendous gesture and worth me giving them a second chance. Kudos and thank you! $62 for opening their truck door!

My kitchen sink was clogged this am. I checked the trap and used a small 15' snake but neither worked so I called Waialae Plumbing as I'd seen there trucks around. I explained the situation in detail and the receptionist (who was very cordial) took my info and said they could come out today and their dispatcher would call me back. She also said there'd be a $59 service call for coming out (which is more than reasonable) and after the serviceman assessed, he'd give me a price.

They called shortly after and said they were on the way. All great so far. The serviceman pulled up, got out of his truck and said he needed to use the snake and that would cost $480!?!? Almost $500 to snake a drain? C'mon guys. I said thanks but no thanks. Now this is America and you can charge what you like BUT, if you knew (which they obviously did) the convo should have been "the service charge is $59, sounds like they'll need to snake it and if they do that will be $500".

Anyway I paid the $62, walked to Safeway, bought a bottle of Drano and 15min later was washing dishes! My condo needs a complete remodel, wanna guess who I won't be calling?

Came in a timely fashion on New Year's Eve to fix a leak in our bathroom sink pipe. Gave a good price to replace two pipes and faucet. Nate was efficient and pleasant. We would definitely hire Waialae Plumbing again.

Brian went above & beyond to resolve our clogged sewer line. Not having the equipment needed, Brian left to provide service for another Client that was scheduled. Needed a kitchen drain clean and new disposal. This company quoted me half of what the other company quoted me so I went with Waialae plumbing and glad I did. Dan was super helpful and effective in getting the job done and explaining to me what he thought was best. Very efficient and awesome service! The scheduler was professional and able to get me an appointment the next day. Nathan was professional, courteous, personable and prompt. He diagnosed and repaired the leak and explained to us what we needed to understand. He was also able to give us a quote for another issue. The quote was $200 less than another plumbing company that we called. Excellent service that we will definitely use again.
