I like all of the choices this survey gives me. Good quality, value, responsiveness, on time. Jacob Adams that takes care of my home is fantastic! He cares and in this day and age that is a rare thing. A company recently came to my door, ignored the no solicitation, sign and knocked on my door. They tried very hard to get me to switch to their pest control company.
I told him the current company I use Vinx has not give me any reason to switch. He said I can match their price or maybe beat it. I said, how would you feel if you had my account and Vinx knocked on my door and I switched even though you have done nothing wrong? He didn't really know how to answer me. I told him it's called good service, price, and quality that keeps me loyal to them. I've had a great experience for Vinx since day one.

We had a horrible hornet problem and Ryan was very responsive in getting Dave out here. Everyone is super friendly and helpful and they got here quickly and solved our problem! Alexis was also helpful with getting us scheduled. Dave was really great about explaining procedures and removed a huge nest! This is a really rambling review, but we were highly satisfied with everything about this service! Highly recommend!

I've been a long time customer of Vinx. They are great at customer service! I've used them at 3 houses now for different services. They always delivered what they have indicated they would. I have been a satisfied customer of Vinx Pest Control for one year now and I'm so glad I chose them. I have their Home Guard Warranty plan and received my 3-month preventative treatment by Aaron today. Aaron was extremely efficient in servicing my home. He addressed all of my concerns and was very thorough in the work he did, he communicated what actions he took, and was very professional. I can enjoy my backyard a little more comfortably with Vinx. I'm very pleased!

After reading the reviews, I decided to have Vinx out for service. I kind of think about pest control companies similar to carpet cleaning services, in that they lure you out with an offer and then the sales pitch starts. I was pleasantly surprised to see that this was not the case with Vinx! Mario was the one who visited, and actually treated the house for more than I had expected. He was very professional and helpful, and I don't regret having Vinx out or signing up for their ongoing service.
