HM service Pro (Justin) came in and introduce himself and asked to shown the the issue. Once that was accomplished.he began the the task of clearing the stoppage of the sink. In about 15 minutes the stoppage was fixed and cleared out. He then inspected and tested the stopped line to ensure everything was working. Very Professional, articulate to all questions. I would recommend HM Plumbing moreover Justin himself to come and repair all your plumbing issues.

I had my doubts(only because he looked too young to be experienced and knowledgeable)when Scott got out of the truck and introduced himself. After talking about the plumbing problem and how to repair it my doubts were completely gone. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing repair. I had a backed up line and Justin arrived on time and was very professional in his interaction with me. He assessed the problem by asking me questions and then determined what needed to be done. Poor guy got drenched with rain but did not stop him from completing the job and making sure drain was clear. Highly recommended. He did not leave until verified it was clear. We had a minor emergency plumbing issue right at the end of business day. While they were not able to come after hours, they did come first thing in the morning the next day. The technicians that came were very knowledgeable and efficient. They were patient with my questions and desire to watch the repair, and gladly wore the shoe coverings I provided to protect our newly installed carpet.

We are very impressed with Scott's professionalism and quick diagnosis to our plumbing issue and quick resolution. He was very nice and kept us informed of what he was doing. I recommend HM highly. We used HM through American Home Shield. They showed up within the first 40 mins of the appointment window. Ben was nice, clean, and did a great job. We had a shower that was not draining and he took care of it within an hour's time. He answered our questions and explained what was going on. Much appreciated. Service:Drain cleaning
