I'm so glad I found this business when looking for someone to repair two windows on my home that were broken in a storm. The lady I talked to on the phone when I called was very helpful, friendly and pleasant. She spent a good amount of time talking to me and texting me. I live far away from their office, so she requested that I send pictures to their technician so that they could give me a quote for repair.
The whole process was easily accomplished, she called me with a quote and set up an appointment for me promptly. Eugene came to my house to repair the windows. He was friendly and polite. It was immediately apparent that he knew how to do his job quickly and very effectively. I am extremely happy with the repair job, which he did for a fraction of the price of replacing the two large windows. They are as good as new. I would recommend this company for all your window repair needs every time. Thank you, Eugene, and. Wow! The windows are perfect! :-

We legitimately said WOW a bunch when dealing with this company! They continually shocked us with how great the service was! I will forever be grateful to WowFix and call them for any and all of my window repair needs. Eugene is the MAN! So great and upbeat and full of joy and smiles. This guy stayed until the job was done and done right and had us laughing and smiling the whole time. Was super patient with my 9 year old who had ALL of the questions and was even great with our spaz of a dog who wanted to be right next to him the whole time he was working.
Our old wood windows are able to stay up on their own now and no more rotten sash on the one window. Price is totally affordable and WAY WAY cheaper than what it would have cost us to replace 3 wood windows to match the rest. If you're on the fence about calling them jump off of it and pick up the phone! You won't regret it I promise! Thanks Eugene and the WowFix team. Y'all are the best and should we ever need help with windows again you'll be the first call we make!

They don't call themselves WOW Fix for nothing. I needed the bottom of 6 window frames fixed due to rot. My windows a Wood Pella windows installed in 1989. I did not want to replace them because any new windows would not match the rest of the house and wood windows would be costly. I'd suffer from the sticker shock of replacing the windows. So I searched and searched for a repair company that could do frames. Eugene and a second person came out and quoted the entire project which also included fixing some flashing on a patio door for $2400.
I know this might sound costly, but the replacement of the windows would have been over $7000. At first I though he was pushy, but then I realized it wasn't pushiness. It was bold confidence. Eugene showed me everything I needed to see and even did one window for me before doing the others to gain my confidence in the repair. AND he did the repairs immediately.
I immediately. When I said yes, he said where's an outlet so I can plug in my saw? The work was done the same day I got the quote. The end result was WOW. They look like new and operate better than before. The cost was within my budget and I didn't have to wait weeks to get it done. Eugene is a miracle worker.

Great experience! We had a wood framed sliding glass door that wouldn't slide on the track correctly anymore. Our technician was upfront about pricing and explained/showed the issue. We were able to get the door fixed that same day, and the cost was a small percent of what a new door would have cost. On top of that, our technician was kind and professional. We would absolutely recommend them!

Not gonna lie, I was a little apprehensive when they told me how little it was going to cost to repair the 2 windows in my home. Didn't think this kind of thing was possible for that cheap. But man, they not only did a great job, making them look beautiful, but also got it done the same day. I am beyond impressed. If anyone needs windows repaired, or thinks they might need to have windows replaced, call these guys first. Definitely.
