Chris was my technician and I found him and the office staff to be very professional and responsive to my air conditioner issue. I woke up this morning, my house was 61 degrees and it was snowing outside. I have a 6month old baby and was STRESSED. John came out same day and within an hour or so the heat was running nice and hot. The weather was so cold outside as he worked but he still came inside with a smile. They notified me when coming over and on time. They were friendly, knowledgeable, went stright to work on installing new aero cool unit and new wall heater. Very respectful of my house and closed up before they left. Everything was cleaned up too. Very happy with this service. Thank you. Had my cooling system closed and heating turned on. First time using them and what a gem of a company this is! They couldn't come the day I called for a leaking A/C, but scheduled me for early the next day. They happened to have a cancellation and put me in for the same day, Donavan was on time, efficient, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to secure some things that were never taken care of!
He was polite and informative as well. We will continue to use them for my house, my rental and a house we oversee for the owner. He also didn't mind wearing shoe covers to protect our carpet! It's nice to find someone that you can totally rely on! Thank you!

They installed an a/c unit and two weeks later a new hot water heater. The work was done with the utmost personal care they work like they are working on their own house. It's the little extra touches they do that make the job done right! Highly recommend this company for any job you need done with Plumbing.

They took care of my in laws, and we're so patient with them and with all the questions they had. They replaced my in laws cooler added upduxs which is an amazing addition to their house it keeps them nice and cool all day (without the fighting of opening the doors and windows.) I needed my walk-in refrigerator fixed and needed it done asap. I called Total Comfort not knowing they would somehow fit me into their already full schedule. Communication is tops! I hate waiting around for contractors to come when it best suites their needs. I called John last night around 7:15 pm my cooler was not working, I was willing to wait til the next day even though my house was at 87 degrees inside. John said he just got home but he would come right over. I definitely wasn't expecting him to come right over, needless to say I was very appreciative! We slept very comfortable thanks to John.
