Today, Anthony from AR1 group came to my home for a flea check and estimate. He arrived on time, was so kind (to me, my toddler, and dogs), and did a thorough inspection. He was so honest that he actually recommended that I not move forward with treatment as he found no evidence of fleas. I think it may be my first experience ever where I requested an estimate and was told I didn't actually need the service.

This tells me that this company is honest and well established in the community. Therefore, I'll definitely be using AR1 in the future if I need them and will request Anthony for sure.

Rockstars. Inspection was super thorough and informative, and he even gave me some extra advice as a new homeowner (and lawn care!) that was super helpful. He sprayed and the next day our movers came, the ants at our door were already gone and we didn't see anything other than flies make it through the doors!

I called AR1 about a potential termite problem. I first reached out to another pest control company and the owner went on for 15 minutes about how great he was before admitting he could not do an inspection until 3 days later. Reached out to AR1 instead and Anthony was at my front door a few hours later. He immediately diagnosed the problem and I was able to correct the problem on my own. Anthony was super knowledgable and friendly and, on top of that, did not charge me for the quick visit. Hopefully, I will not have pest problems in the future but, if I do, I will call AR1 without hesitation.

Having had a great experience with AR1 Group at my residence I chose them for my workplace when we thought we might have termites. No termites I'm glad to say--their honesty is appreciated. The preventive measures we took were very reasonable considering the size of our space, etc. We would highly recommend--again!

AR1 was punctual, professional, clear and easy to work with. They came and did a analysis of the issues in my kitchen/bathroom, let me know why they were happening, and explained how they would fix them. It was average priced. The guy who came was very nice and went above and beyond for me.

We are still waiting to see the final results of the treatment but we had a very good experience with Anthony. Scheduling was easy and he came on time and recommended a treatment after looking over the whole house. We are hoping the problem is solved, but I definitely appreciate the 90 day warranty in case it isn't! The price also seemed very reasonable.

I chose AR1 Group based on Yelp reviews, and I'm very pleased with the service I received from Anthony. I wasn't able to be home during my appointment time, so a family member had to let him in. I told him over the phone what was going on (a variety of random insects, large spiders, and wasps in our house), and he did a thorough inspection and called me back to explain everything.

He recommended a one-time treatment to get us started instead of trying to sell me something more involved, which I really appreciate. I was concerned when the first person I spoke with on the phone asked for my credit card information while setting up the initial inspection, but it ended up making the process much easier. They already had my info and billed me after I gave my consent. We'll see how the bug issue pans out, but the great service from Anthony and the fact that they have a 90 day guarantee makes me feel confident that I'll be a return customer when the time comes.
