CPI Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

We had our water heater go out over the weekend and CPI sent out Mike to help take a look at it. Well, come to find out it needed to be fully replaced! Mike came back out when we were ready and had it replaced in a few hours and explained every little thing to us along with the saving we saved through the membership and couldn't have been any more happier! I can say, we have found our go-tos when it comes to anything we need moving forward! Thank you Mike and everyone at CPI!

Jon did a terrific job of explaining why the grinder pump wasn't operating properly. He also provided recommendations for the short term and long term. He fixed our current situation and recommended a program to ensure that we are cared for going forward. Highly recommend Jon!

Oliver quickly diagnosed the problem and walked me through my options based on cost and durability. Once we aligned on an approach, he got to work, kept me in the loop, and at the end walked me through everything. I am a new home owner so he also taught me about the various water shutoffs in the crawl space. Would definitely call CPI again for my needs.

While having a new furnace installed we had CPI replace our hot water tank with a circulating pump at the same time The techs were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional at all times. The young man that came to look at my plumbing problem was Corbin. He was great at explaining what he thought the problem was and how he was going to confirm that and fix it the next day. I was given an estimate and it was spot on. Corbin and the gentleman with him on the second day where super with my floors keeping their booties on and cleaned up after themselves removed my old toilet with no muss or fuss. I would use CPI again, recommended to my friends and definitely request Corbin.

Chris has great attention to detail! He was also nice to all our fur babies (we have 2 dogs who were demanding of his attention as well, haha). CPI got someone out three hours earlier than scheduled, this was awesome since I had to shut the main off for the leak. When Mike arrived, he was quick to find the issue and clearly explained the repairs needed. He had the repair done very fast and left no mess behind. We had a water leak apparently from our outside hose bib that flooded our laundry room. CPI was able to get us on their schedule quickly. Calvin identified the problem which was a burst hose bib. He ordered the part and was able to complete the job. Calvin was professional, answered our questions and even identified a problem we were unaware of on another hose bib.

We have used CPI several times over the many years. The last year we had a major water leak and damage. Mike Smalanska and Francisco Mendoza came out quickly and assessed the damage and what needed to be done. Nothing starts until all has been explained to you and what the cost will be. We have always had excellent serive, work and response from CPI and trust the completely.

Trent and Davis did an excellent job servicing our furnace and water heater. They were prompt, thorough, and able to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend CPI.

I requested a quote from CPI for a new water softener. They were very responsive and communication was top-notch. Ryan came out and spent a lot of time explaining the options and pricing. I'm still reviewing the bids to decide which company to go with but I was very pleased with their responsiveness. The installation of a post water softener filter and proper softener flush line installation was contracted for today. Wesley Born and one other tech arrived on time (they called in advance), and worked until finished - about six hours later. Wesley listened to my preferences for the flush pipe routing and they did a professional job.

I won't hesitate to use them for future jobs. It's nice to have a trusted plumbing company in the area! I requested that CPI proceed with the final phase of the job and install a new water softener. The wanted to update the cost proposal and frankly I was getting a bit frustrated with the number of inaccuracies in the revised bid. Things I'd already paid for were listed in the final bid and other inaccuracies.

I was about just to go with someone else when they offered to come back out to the house to validate any additional changes needed to support a new water softener. Coady Pike and Ryan came out and confirmed that a revised proposal was in order. This was provided and the cost more in line with what I had been expecting. I'm still waiting to hear if their water softener can support WiFi or not but because this is a recent tech capability for this vendor, but Coady said he was in contact with the company that makes the water softener. More to come, I suppose. Coady and Ryan were great though.

Plumbers Trever and Vasiliy did an amazing job. Resolved a serious plumbing issue that has plagued our home for two years. It was my first experience with CPI, and I was very pleased. Quality next day service is hard to come by. Trever was great.very professional, he certainly takes pride in his work, and the company he works for. Plumbers are not going to be inexpensive but I do feel we got our money's worth! Our water heater went out and even tho' it was close to 5pm, they sent a technician right away. The few other places we tried would be another day or two before they could come out. We would have NO running water in the meantime. Technician hooked us right up w/running water, removed the bad water heater and cleaned up as best as possible.

Then we were repaired and ready for reinstall, he came right out, worked diligently to get us all set. The new water heater set up is much better & more preventive so we don't have the same worry about any leaks. We appreciated the good service we received.

Steven and his team (Arnaldo and Tyler) did an incredible job. ALL our substandard pipes and the water tank/boiler had to be replaced. They were always on time, professional, friendly, and efficient. We were very impressed with their knowledge and expertise. They finished up a day early with everything working perfectly. They cleaned up each night, and the final cleanup left our home spotless. Tyler Hawkins was very nice and professional. He even put on shoe covering upon entering my house. He let us know what our possibilities were for going a heat pump and possibly on demand water tank. It's a good start.

Michael showed up to our site and was very professional. We have had issues getting an issue solved on unpermitted work previous owner did. He was very honest that he didn't want to any unnecessary work to just make a bucks and instead advised we get some better direction from the county before moving forward. Highly recommend CPI!

They installed a heat pump mitsubishi. They are extremely professional. They did a great job. They are conscious of making sure there were no problems around the house after they cleaned up. These guys had a great attitude and I would recommend them over and over again.

Oliver and team at CPI were great! I had a pipe burst in my laundry room and they were quick to the scene and super helpful with the damage report for my insurance claim. I will 100% recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

We have a new construction house with a tankless and the plumbing company that installed it made it so you couldn't shut off any of the valves to flush the unit for maintenance. Brenden came out and fixed the valve and added another one, fixing our issues. Was a blast to talk too and everything looks great!

Added central air to our home and worked with Tyler as our representative, as well as Davis and Arnoldo (the installation team). Tyler was amazing to work with and helped with the HOA required documentation and was very responsive to questions and requests to customize the system. I very much appreciated the level of communication before, during, and after the installation. Davis and Arnoldo were professional, courteous, on-time, and task oriented in getting the system installed, fine tuned, and everything was done in a timely manner. We've used CPI for other work as well and we are very pleased and hope to have a long relationship with them. The AC system looks great and works as intended (thus far and we don't expect that to change) and I've already recommended CPI to family for their own AC needs.
