Eduardo's customer service skills are excellent! He was extremely professional and knowledgeable on what task needed to be done, which was done in a timely manner! Sunset deserves five stars!

First of all, it was Noah Butler who arrived at my door not Justin. Noah was professional and checked many things in my home: water heaters, air ducts, etc. and gave me prices on the costs for each. I had asked Sunset to send a furnace filter with the technician and Noah was not aware of this. He suggested Amazon, Ace or Home Depot. None of these places had the correct size and Sunset does but carry filters anymore. Ace gave me a name & number of a filter company and they ordered it for me. It will arrive on the 2nd working day.

Thomas was a wonderful help. He had to find a difficult part, he then got our furnace working the next day. We are so grateful. We are also happy to find Sunset Heating. We recommend them to everyone.

We called Sunset this morning to come take a look at a smoking electrical switch we found in our house. They were able to send out Bailey Rotan within a few hours of us calling and she was able to address the problem and fix it for us quickly. She was great! We really appreciate the prompt response to our electrical concern and will 100% make sure to call Sunset if we find ourselves needing electrical work in the future. Thank you!

Bailey was very up front with issues our furnace had and recommended a new one. Jared and his partner were very professional and very efficient with the installation of the new furnace. Jared took the time show how the filter system worked. Very appreciative of their and effort. Ismael and his partner did an excellent job with the duct cleaning; very professional.

We thoroughly enjoyed sunset heating and cooling services. We had 3 mini splits installed into our unbearably hot top floor. It required some complicated mapping of the drains around our roof and the technicians took their time to make it look as seamless as possible from the outside of the house. They took their time and it showed!

Hayden gave a good overview of all the options available to fix some of my concerns. He also gave me a really good explanation of the current situation. My experience is much much better than the last time I got the furnace tuned up.

Our heat pump went out Tuesday. Sunset came right away and diagnosed that our 1999 heat pump was not fixable.obviously. They were able to replace the entire system on Friday in 4.5 hours. Jake Miller was our technician. He was so personable, professional and wow, what a hard worker! He did the entire removal & install by himself. This is our first time utilizing Sunset and would highly recommend this company. Eric, who was the initial tech that came out was great and thoroughly explained why it wasn't a fixer-upper, but a replacement need where we didn't feel like it was a "sale". Ryan and Bryce at Sunset Heating quickly diagnosed and fixed a problem with my Sunset installed AC. They were professional and competent and friendly. I have had some problems with this company in the past, but they are upping their game for the better and I feel more confident in using them now.

Zach was everything you'd want in an HVAC/AC systems inspector. Ten years of experience, friendly, efficient, and honest. He checked multiple components on both my old AC and my less aged gas furnace. He provided the good and the bad, life expectancy, possible upgrades, and the state of the pricing market. I will call them again in the future!

After numerous phone calls out to multiple businesses, Sunset was able to come out same day to diagnose and fix my ac unit. Luckily it was just a capacitor burnt out and a quick fix. The tech spent maybe 30-45 minutes and was done. Thank you for the great responsiveness. Service:HVAC system repair

Sunset was quick to send out a technician to deal with an a/c issue when other companies I contacted would not. Our technician Ryan easily resolved our problem and identified a few issues that could be proactively addressed to prevent future a/c failure and costly repairs. I am happy to have found Sunset and would recommend them without reservation. Five stars for sure!

Sunset installed AC to work with our pre-existing furnace a few years ago; recently the quite old furnace needed replacing and they replaced that too keeping the existing AC which was new. Had an appointment on prior Tuesday for arrival between 1200 & 1700. Called at 1200 to get more accurate time, requesting later in window. She said she'd have tech call me. By 1630, I'd gotten no calls & called again. She contacted tech--they weren't going to make it & had rescheduled me for Wednesday without consulting me! I said I had prior appointments & was scheduled for Thursday.

I asked why I was never called, she said they were busy & "didn't have time."(excuse making) She also said the tech "couldn't find my address." (more excuse making) I again asked why the tech didn't call or Google my address. The implication was that I'd given wrong address (blame customer). She said the tech was "too busy to Google or call". Really?

Upon confirming address, they did correct address. I told person that this, was excuse making & incredibly poor service. NOLAN was the polar opposite. On time, pleasant, apologized for prior problem, great service, very communicative with lots of great advice. Totally changed my opinion about Sunset that I'd developed on Tuesday.

Shavon was great to work with. She was clear, took time to make sure I understood the issues my system was having, answered all my questions and was respectful of my home when she needed access. I really appreciated her professionalism and sense of humor, too.

Steve was thorough at evaluating my job (re-routing furnace exhaust to side of house) and thinking through the details. They were also willing to get it permitted (surprising that so many didn't want to) and did so successfully. Filipe and Julian were an efficient and effective team. They did the job as Steve had outlined for them.

I needed to upgrade an outlet from a 15 amp to a 20 amp to be able to plug in my new spa. Aaron arrived promptly assessed the situation and gave me two choices as to how to proceed with the job. He was wonderful at educating me as to what the choices were, I had another company also giving me a bid for the same job and they came up twice as expensive as Sunset so I highly recommend Sunset heating and cooling. as well as Aaron Bishop he is top notch. After 17 years our furnace and AC needed to be updated. I really appreciated the professional service provided by a friendly staff that communicated exceptionally. From our initial visit with Matt and his recommendations for various replacement/repair options, to the hard working and dedicated team of John and Kaimana doing installation (and Robert and Rich who supervised) and Ethan who cleaned our vents, the entire process was exceptional. Overall, a great experience for a very expensive investment. Keep up the good work.

John and Kaimana did an awesome job installing my new air conditioning and explaining the process to me. They were professional, knowledgeable, punctual and helpful. It was a long day with some extra services they needed to install with my particular existing furnace but they worked hard until the end, making sure it was all in great working order.

I recommend Sunset as they were very communicative and professional every step of the way. Loved the extra step of sending photos and personal background details of the employees coming to do the work!
