I just purchased my first house and during the inspection realized the AC unit was not working. We cleared closing and had an appointment with Reimer the next day. They sent out George W. who recognized the house from previous maintenance visits and he was able to quickly diagnose a loss of refrigerant. He was able to fix the AC unit that day and provided me with some tips on how to keep my HVAC system running well. George was super helpful and knowledgeable, he answered all of my questions.

Greg was awesome at explaining everything that needed to be fixed and why due to my furnace dying. He made sure to explain the process, time it would take to fix, prices and what to expect for replacing my furnace. He made a stressful situation a lot less stressful and made my mind at ease. We originally placed an emergency service call on an off day and time through the phone service. The response was delayed and we eventually canceled the call and called during regular business hours. All the service technicians we met with were professional, knowledgeable, thorough and detailed. We will continue to use Reimer for our home repairs.

Scott came over to determine what work needed to be done. Very professional and provided safety check on boiler system. The very next day they were able to send Quintin to install a new boiler and fixing leaking baseboard. They understood our urgency since there was water leaking from our baseboard. Friendly, kind, great customer service, even when our kids and pup wanted to say a quick hello. We have used them for years and will continue to do so. 5 star service every time

Cody L. Installed new water heater and toilet. (Impressive: he hauled both new ones in & old ones out all by himself.) He was efficient, extremely nice and patiently answered my questions. Everyone I dealt with on phone, salesman (Chris), and Cody were excellent. I also feel cost was fair. Chris was very helpful in the decision-making process for the transaction. I feel confident using Reimer for my hvac/plumbing needs in the future.

Just moved in our new home and was not familiar with how to erase the various schedules in our thermastat. Zach came over sam day we called when we couldn't get the heat up to our desired temp. Our bathroom emergancy shut offs were leaking under the sink. We called Reimer and in a short time Steve was at our door to diagnose our issue. He wrote us a quote and the next day he came back to fix under the sink with all the correct parts. Steve is very knowledgeable, professional and kind. Andrew and Eddie serviced my 14-year-old furnace today. They made recommendations on how to prolong the life of my furnace, and also provided options for a new system. After careful consideration I decided to have a new system installed. They were extremely helpful and honest. This is the old furnace that will be replaced in two days. I heard the add on the radio and took advantage of the great deal.they were both courteous and professional, they answered my questions and did a great job. Todd from Reimer was able to replace our homes's main water supply shutoff that was as old as the 57 year old house and had a bad leak. The replacement turned out to be more complex than originally thought due to how the pipes were laid out, but Todd was able troubleshoot the issue and fix our problem.

The service people from Reimer did an exceptional job. I had them there to inspect our air-conditioning units and they discovered some significant problems and we will be proceeding with their help to fix our problem. What was so outstanding was that the service man, James, was so personable and professional. While we are inspecting the house, we found a bat. James couldn't have been nicer in trying to help me locate the services to try to have the bat removed.

He really went out of his way to contact relatives who could give us advice. He was so kind and performed his job so efficiently and professionally that I was quite impressed. Derek was very professional in his assessment of our problem and helped come up with a solution. I wish there were more servicemen like James around. He really added that personal touch of caring for his customers and we really appreciated it! We use Reimer for our heating services as well, and have always been pleased with the service. We will continue to use them for years to come.

We had Scott Skora come on Tuesday to evaluate our furnace and air conditioner- which were both 21 years old. They were on their last legs and Scott presented all the options for us. He was not pushy, he was straightforward and honest. He explained everything and we chose a furnace and air conditioner. He was able to setup installation for Thursday, 2 days later. Dan Brown and Mark Heuser came to do the installation.

They were both professional, hard working and did a great job. They worked all day and showed us how everything worked. They cleaned up, took away all the old equipment and my husband and I were extremely happy! I give all 3 of these employees 5 stars! Could not be happier with Reimer!

Next I had my plumbing maintenance done Marty flushed my hot water tank and replaced the Parts in my toilets very professional and friendly. Called the business that we needed air conditioning repair work done, technician came the next morning, we decided to get whole new heating and air conditioning system, and they came and installed it the following day. Kept me updated with when they were coming, they came on time and were very prompt and efficient workers and got us set up all in one installation day. Went over everything with us. I am very pleased with Reimer Heating & Cooling. I had placed an emergency service request on a Sunday night and James Costianes responded immediately to my request for service. He was able to identify the issue and replace the part the same night of the call. He was professional and thoroughly explained the issue to me. This is the first time in the 16 years that I've owned my home that I've required cooling repair and I will be using Reimer going forward, and specifically requesting James C for maintenance services.

I had a pretty serious plumbing issue and called Reimer. Never dealt with them before and this has been a very good experience. Knowledgeable helpful friendly employees. This has been a trying issue for me but their responsiveness to me and my situation helped me handle it well. They were here 3 days total and everyone was just fabulous. Mitch was very knowledgeable and explained the options we had available for a replacement hot water tank. Also, he was explaining the work that would be done and the benefits to becoming members. I requested a service call for annual maintenance on my air conditioning unit. I have dealt with many air conditioning companies I the pas, and Reimer by far has been the most professional. Specifically, the technician by the name of James was outstanding. It was the first time meeting James. He was very thorough and explained what he was doing as we went along. I would highly recommend their service and if you get a choice, ask for James.

I called on Friday 2/10/23 to inquire about a boiler estimate. Greg came Monday 2/13/23 and our boiler was installed 2/14/23 and functional in 1 days time. Nick and Robert came on 2/14 for the install and did a great job. Great upgrade to an HE boiler. Reimer made this process Amazing. I'd recommend them to anyone. Pictured is a before and after.

I called Reimer at 1:08pm for a central air tune up earlier this afternoon. They have an $89 tune up special currently running. By 4:15pm the service is complete, and I had a optional $30 part replaced for a total with tax, of $131.72. The service is quick, efficient, the technician, Kevin, was friendly, very knowledgeable, and willingly explained and answered all questions. I highly recommend Reimer for any hvac and plumbing needs.

We had a furnace, hot water tank and sump pump replaced on two different occasions due to equipment failure. They were friendly, professional and experienced. Quick response. Explained everything in detail. What they quote you is what you pay. Highly recommend.

We woke up yesterday morning to a cooler than normal house. The furnace boiler was running but the house wasn't warming. We immediately called Reimer. After explaining the problem we were told they would call us back in a few minutes to let us know when someone could get here. A couple minutes later they called back and said someone would be here in about an hour.

Less than a hour later, Lou the service tech arrived. After running some tests on the pumps and electrical system, he diagnosed that the problem was with the relays that turned on and off the pumps and furnace burner. That is why we like Reimer. Although he said we should consider upgrading our really old heating system, he tried to repair the problem.

After doing a good cleaning of the contacts, everything began working just fine. He did no high pressure selling to convince us to buy new relays at $385 each (x2). Instead we were charged less than $100 for the service call and repair. This is why we recommend this company.
