Negative 6 degrees outside and I needed this AC installed for a house that we're closing on next week, I'm a realtor. They setup a propane turbo heater outside to thaw the ground so they could level the ground with a shovel for the AC to sit on, wow. I needed a new furnace so I called PGX heating/cooling and was answered almost immediately. They quoted me a reasonable price fast and a week later I was getting a brand new furnace installed. We had a new furnace installed several years ago by another company and had problems with it from the start. They kept replacing the thermostat ( 4 times) without getting to the real problem. Patrick came and diagnosed the issue and replaced the gas valve and the furnace has been working properly ever since. He even responded to me when he was on vacation to help us get to the bottom of the problem. PGX installed a new furnace and AC unit for us. They were immediately responsive to all of our questions, offered an incredible quote and stuck to it to the penny. Just got a new furnace installed a few days ago, everything has been great! I gave Pat a call he gave me 4 options that would work for my house and was here the next morning to do the install. Excellent service, I will have him back in a few months to install an AC system.
