Steve’s Plumbing & A/C Service

Rodney saved the day! We recently had our bathroom renovated and could not figure out why our new toilet was not flushing the way it should be. We called Steve's as we have used them before, and Rodney was there the same day, quickly figured out the problem and a solution! He was able to gracefully pull out a few caps that had got pulled into the toilet bowl (during the renovation) which he thankfully had to spend sometime to get them out as they were really stuck in there. Thank you for taking your time Rodney to figure out the issue and find a solution!

Josh and Dell just completed a plumbing water leak at our residence. We have high praise for both of them. They found the leak fast and repaired it in a timely manner The job was done professionally, reliable, friendly and courtesy. We will recommend Steves plumbing to our friends

Aloha, I would just like to leave a service review for the plumbers at Steve's Plumbing! For the past month we've been having some issues with our bathroom plumbing, and the plumbers from Steve's Plumbing have then absolutely exceptional! There was one plumber who stayed over four hours to try and solve our drainage problem. He did not leave until 1 AM and was so gracious after working so hard to resolve the problem which he did. However, we had an issue in the guest bathroom and our plumber Sunny was able to come in, assess the problem and work on the drainage until it was solved!

He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and even cleaned our tub and toilet before he left! We are very happy with Steve's Plumbing and hopefully the issue has been solved!

They were fast and today was the first day to try it out and the water heated up so fast and hot. My boss was floored with happiness. Service: Water heater installation

We detected a leak coming through the ceiling and called for a plumber right away. Steve's Plumbing was the first to respond and they let us know we'd be contacted within the hour. Two hours later we received a call and was told to expect someone shortly. Levi arrived and assessed the situation, recommending a leak test be done. Three holes in the ceiling and $729 later, Brendan was able to identify the source of our leak, and recommended we replace a section of the pipe.

The pipe replacement was done quickly and we also opted for additional preventative maintenance be done throughout the house. Brendan was very professional and provided insight into what we should keep an eye on. I would provide additional stars, but didn't care for the fact that they ask an additional fee to warranty their work. I'm not sure if this is an industry standard, so take that with a grain of salt.

I would like to let you know how much I appreciate Aaron Nativdad and Josiah Patao. They came to my house yesterday to help me with two plumbing issues. they were freindly, efficient and most imporantly so competent. There are other plumbing companies on Maui but I will stay with Steves because of your technicians and fast friendly service. Worth every penny to get such awesome service. So grateful. Shawn and Isaiah were the 2 techs that came over to help me. They were able to come hours ahead of schedule. They made sure to cover their shoes when going into the house and removing them when they exit. They did this very diligently. This little detail says alot in their attention to details. They cleared the drain blockage and took pictures and video to show the results and explained what was happening during the process.

They made sure to cleaned all areas where they working and assisted me in placing back the freezer that was covering one of the drain clean-out access. New review: My scheduling experiences have been much better lately. Plumbing Technicians (Matt and David) and A/C Technicians (Justin) were thorough and great. I have consistently had issues with the call center, however, the plumbers are always great. Matt represents the company extremely well. He is patient and explains well. He is the reason I continue to use Steve's Plumbing despite having issues with the consistent rescheduling and full voicemail box when I return a call.

I was just looking for an estimate on replacing a shower surround. Turns out it's not in my budget, but Jamie and the office staff were so professional, communicated every step of the way. When Jamie came he had his mask on, laid a rug at the front door and put floor protectors over his shoes! Very impressed with that level of professionalism!
