In the time we have had these services/Warranty, this is the best experience we have had. Gerald Largo and Adam did an exceptional job with the inspection and cleaning on our AC unit. Their attention to detail, willingness to explain concerns they saw with our unit, potential future issues, and suggestions on repairs was so reassuring. Previous techs have either rushed through the inspection/feedback or focused on up selling.

This experience felt more like a partnership, a desire to fix an issue and the sales part just happens to come with it. Gerald is very knowledgeable and his desire to help others radiates. I highly recommend requesting this pair for future inspections. I know I will keep them on my list for future visits.

Scott was diligent and did an excellent job. When the condenser pipes froze he found us a solution that worked without another on site visit. He also made appropriate recommendations for another unit when need to replace it. Thank you Scott and Emergency.

This July my 12 year old AC units were struggling to cool the house and I was informed my units needed to be replaced. I contacted multiple contractors including Emergency Air. Kristian represented Emergency Air and was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection of my current unit and provided multiple options to replace my current units from lowest cost up to more expensive and efficient units available.

He explained in detail the installation process and what Emergency Air would be able to improve based on their installation. Kristian helped me get the best price on the new multi stage efficient units I liked. Raoul and his installation team were very professional and courteous. The new Carrier units have performed flawlessly since installation in July and electric bills have seen a significant decrease so far. Thank You Emergency Air and your team.

Russ was totally customer service oriented. Diagnosed the system and provided an honest and trustworthy recommendation. If it were not for the amazing service from Ryker and Gary, I would not have given 5 stars. However, they immediately apologized for the issues I had with scheduling the services and then got to work. They were efficient and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I look forward to working with this company.

We had a terrible storm last night that left us without power for more than 6 hours. When we tried to turn on our ac unit there was no air flow coming out at all. So I gave Emergency Air a call and made an appointment for the same day. Russ came out to diagnose the issue and found out that our motor was completely done for, the storm took it out due to our split system being very sensitive like a smart computer.

So we are still covered for parts which is great, and just had to pay for labor costs. We payed half now to get the part ordered and once it's delivered Russ will come back to install the part and get our ac working again! Russ is a very genuine and kind ac tech guy, very straight up, and I appreciate that. Thank you Russ it's people like you who make a great business. I recommend them 100%. A

I manage several properties throughout the valley and always can depend on Emergency Air. They have a great system where they keep me as landlord informed of what's going on at all times while working with tenant to schedule an appt that aligns with their schedule. I highly recommend GERALD, if you can get on his schedule! Gerald shares photos/videos, takes the time to answer questions and provide updates on/evidence of system performance.

I was concerned about the capacitor failing on a tenant and he took the time to contact the manufacturer to see if we could get it covered by the warranty, since it was falling far out of spec. I appreciate him going above and beyond to keep our system healthy, lengthen its life and keep our tenants cool and safe. He knows his stuff!

Rich Delaney was the technician that serviced my HVAC 2 units and did an excellent tune-up on them. This was his second time at my home and again he was a gentleman and real professional in addressing the maintenance of my units. Upon completion he reviewed his findings with me in terms that could be understood. I want to note he indicated how much he enjoyed working for Emergency Air and I believe he is an excellent representative of his company. I also would like to state Summer was very helpful in making arrangements and follow-up for this service.

Called emergency air this morning after our AC unexpected shut off. These guys had a HVAC tech out to me 3 hours later and fixed the AC in another hour. They did not overcharge or try to sell more than was needed. Overall excellent experience. Service:HVAC system repair

William Erickson performed annual maintenance of our heating and cooling system. He was very knowledgeable and explained all the readings he checked. He did an outstanding job cleaning the outside machinery. He cleaned up after himself after coming down from the attic. He is a very courteous and friendly employee. We highly recommend this company and this technician.

After using and having a service maintenance agreement with another well known a/c & heating company for about 15 years we were becoming more dissatisfied with their service, attitude and prices. So we decided to give Emergency Air a try, what an excellent decision it was. They were responsive, professional and fairly priced. James, the service technician was competent, considerate and professional. He was actually interested in doing a good job for us. We will be using Emergency Air going forward.

Our tech Gerald L. was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I appreciate that he took pics and videos of his findings during the health inspection. He explained everything as he went along and compared my digital readings to the manufacturer's suggested readings. It was nice to see a technician rather than a salesman. Truly amazing experience. They advertise 24/7 and they are, the phone was answered quickly Friday night with a very nice person on the other end. It was refreshing. She was able to schedule service Tech for the next day. When he showed up he was smiling and just as friendly, it was 117 on Saturday but he was as nice as could be. Our AC was back up and running quickly at a lower cost than the Company we normally use. I will be using Emergency air heating and cooling in the future.

My AC stopped working early evening on a Wednesday and Emergency Air was able to get a technician to respond within a couple of hours. Pat was professional, performed a thorough assessment and provided me with detailed feedback on the issue. He got us up and running again and we are very thankful. Emergency Air always provides great service and friendly technicians. I've been a satisfied customer for several years now.

My air conditioner was not blowing cold and not cooling down. I called to book an appointment for service. Andrew arrived and Had it up and blowing cold in minutes. Very professional and knowledgeable about his trade. He explained that I had some blown fuses and replaced them immediately. He thoroughly checked my whole system from thermostat, to air handler and of course the air conditioner itself. 118 degrees outside. And he was on the roof. Thanks Andrew! You saved the day! He has recommendations for keeping my unit running well and answered all the questions I had. Fantastic response time on the whole situation too, I will be having these guys do my AC work from now on!

Best service ever! Gerald is so knowledgeable, patient and thorough in explaining everything to us. He gave us peace of mind to make Emergency Air our AC company. We enrolled in the preventative maintenance program mainly from the trusting relationship we felt from him. As a small business owner I would want all my employees to be just like Gerald.

Exceptionally professional. Courteous. On time. Knowledgeable My A/C stopped blowing cold air, and after doing my due diligence (making sure the evaporator coils were not frozen over, circuit wasn't tripped, etc.), I called Emergency Air and was given a timeframe between 2 and 6 in the afternoon, 2 being a little less than three hours from the initial call.

I received a text with said appointment. At about 1:30, I received another text letting me know (and a call) the name and photo of the technician (Michael R.) and that they were on their way. Michael arrived quickly, introduced themselves and quickly got to work. They had troubleshot and identified the needed replacement part by about 2:30. Michael gave the estimated cost to repair the A/C, along with an estimate for an additional compressor saver kit, while also honestly explaining the kit was absolutely not necessary to get my A/C up and running again.

After approving the fix, Michael R. had the A/C up and running and blowing cold air within 20 minutes. In total, Emergency Air had my A/C repaired less than 4 hours after my initial call, on a 113° day in the middle of July, and I get to sleep at home tonight instead of a hotel. Seriously amazing service

I had a great experience with Emergency Air. We had our A/C summer maintenance done. First time using them. The tech Rich walked us through everything he did with pictures showing what services he performed on our AC.Rich answered all of my questions and gave me estimates on specific things I asked about. He was thorough and very professional. I really love that you get a text prior to the techs arrival which includes a picture of the tech and a short bio. I feel this is really helpful so that you actually know who is supposed to be showing up to your door.
