Overhead Door installed my garage door 7 years ago. When I had a problem opening the door, they came the next day and fixed it. Jay was personable, competent, and professional. I definitely recommend this company.

Overhead Door and their technician Trevor came out on a moment's notice and fixed our garage door. Trevor even did a tune up on it free of charge. Trevor was professional, courteous, and efficient and our garage door was like new when he was done. Thank you! Highly recommend Overhead Door!

Overhead Door was out within less than 24 hours to fix a broken spring. Professional, thorough, and efficient - we were back in action with access to our garage very quickly! Bonus was the additional maintenance and excellent explanation of the situation. Highly recommend!

Existing tension spring bar wall bracket detached from the wall and garage door could not be moved even manually. I called the Overhead Door Company about 7:30am on Aug 3, 2023 and Technician (Jon) and assistant arrived that same afternoon. Since the existing tension spring and screw-drive operator were 27 years old I requested a new tension spring and belt-driven operator plus an outside remote keypad (added cost to the Odyssey 1000 operator).

Within about 4 hours all installation was complete, tested and observed to be working. A couple of options were politely offered by Jon which I did not pursue. I was talked through changing the default pass code by Jon and the next day I programmed the remote in my vehicle to the operator in just a few minutes. The work was accomplished efficiently and all debris/trash from the old operator, screw drive, etc., was removed. Totally pleased with the service, the new (and quieter) belt drive and consider the cost of labor & materiel to have been reasonable.

For over a year my wife and I have been having trouble with one of our garage doors. We had one other garage door company come out with no success. This week I decided to try Overhead Door. I called them and they answered immediately and booked me the same day! Jason came out and did a great job diagnosing the problem! Jason was prompt, friendly, professional and very informative! I strongly recommend Overhead Door!

I called at 7am because a spring had broken. Trevor was here by noon to fix it, and he did an outstanding job. He fixed the spring and provided lots of useful information regarding or doors. It was excellent service, for sure.

We had our garage door torsion springs replaced, submitted the form online, Vanessa called the next morning very nice and courteous. Trevor was the repairman that came out and he was phenomenal, super nice and thorough with the repair and maintenance. He even taught me a few things I could do on my own. And they gave a military discount which is very much appreciated! What a great experience!

The spring broke on our very heavy garage door. I called on a Monday and Connor, our service rep arrives the very next day, on time and very polite. Unfortunately he didn't have the part necessary on his truck, but instead of giving up and rescheduling me, he actually waited at my house while another colleague brought the part to him. I was really shocked and impressed by the dedication of Connor and team to try their best to get the repair right the first time, and not extend the repair process.

We needed an adjustment on our residential garage door after a home inspection. We were on a tight timeline to sell our house. Overhead was wonderful! They were quick, courteous and professional. They came really fast! The technician Joey, was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He had the garage fixed in less than the anticipated hour and explained everything that he did so I knew what to expect and what I was paying for. Well worth the price and time! I hope to not need them again, but if so they'll be my first stop and I recommend they be yours!

Questions were answered thoroughly, the doors arrived for inspection within the time estimate provided, and the actual installation was done professionally and quickly. Joey and Julian were both a pleasure to have here all day and were great when they finished up and went over paperwork, maintenance and scheduling the follow up to install trim. I contacted Overhead Door Company after a friend referred me to them because of their quality of service. I expected to have to wait several days for someone to replace the spring on my garage door. The phone rep. said that they could take care of it that evening when I got home from work because they have 24 hour service. The technician called to let me know he would arrive in 30 minutes and actually arrived on time.

He replaced the spring on my garage door and performed maintenance. He was very friendly and professional. It was nice not to have to take off work or spend the weekend waiting for a technician to come. I will definitely use Overhead Door Company again.

They were able to accommodate my schedule and come on the day I was able to work from home! When the technician arrived, he was very polite and understanding as I was on a conference call at the same time. He took care of my requests efficiently and easily (reconnected my keypad and linked the buttons in my car to the openers). When I had a follow-up issue, Justin was super-responsive.
