I had a mold issue after my house being flooded by hurricane Idalia and paying a remediation company to correct it. The remediation job was not completed according to standards. I needed to get a mold test done for disputing the remediation company's shabby work. Called Joe, he was able to meet me the next day. He was extremely helpful in explaining the process and regulations. Joe also got the lab results back in a short amount of time which gave me more ammunition for the dispute. I definitely recommend Tampa Bay Mold Testing.

The service from Joe Margherita was seamless. to the point, and very professional. I expected an upsell or fat-talking salesman, but that's the opposite of what I got from Joe. My mold problem was very real, but it was found in its entirety and eliminated as were my fears. I can easily say as a homeowner that this was my best experience by far with any home contracting company with which I have ever dealt.
