We had an issue with our heater. Our house was freezing cold when we woke up with two little ones in the house, I was super panicked! We called to see if we could get it Looked at as soon as possible. They responded immediately and sent someone out. Rick came to the house, and he was very kind and explained what was going on. Overall, very satisfied with the service and the interactions. Would definitely use rabbit, heating and air again in the future.

We had 2 AC Units and 2 Furnaces in our home that were undersized despite it being a new home. Rick (the owner) came out to our house to bid the project and walk me through our options. In addition to providing the best pricing in the Denver area (they even post their prices on their website), the company was very professional and they completed the entire job in 1 day! I would highly recommend Rabbit Heating and Air if you are looking to replace your AC unit or Furnace.

Great technicians and service. Our heat went out in the middle of the night and they were here same day and install next day postponing plans they had that were less urgent. Pricing was reasonable and the level of attention given on informing me the progress from start to finish was excellent. Installed both a new furnace, ac unit, and re-ran ducts, new registers, and intake in the same day, whereas other companies were 6 weeks out prioritizing larger jobs. Would recommend them to anyone.

He gave me tons of options which I definitely appreciate. Compared to the cheapest competitors who just said "We'll throw in an economy AC and furnace for ya", his detailed explanation on options really helped me feel like I was a part of the process.

Because I care so much about the environment, he was able to get me a High Efficiency Heat Pump/AC installed High Efficiency Furnace installed for a lesser price than the "Economy Models" from big name contractors, and while it's not the dirt cheapest installation, I feel good knowing I got a quality system installed. Great experience! We have been searching for an HVAC company to install a new AC system, furnace and relocate our outside unit to the other side of our house, and are so happy we found Rabbit Heating & Air! This project went smooth from start to finish. Rick came by, on time, to give us an estimate and thoroughly explained our options to us. He was extremely knowledgable about the products they offered for install.

We were so impressed, and of course the price was right, that we hired them on the spot. Rick said he could have a crew to our house the very next day and he actually did! He also promised he could get the work done in one day and they did! The crew arrived at 9:30 am and were done before dinner! These guys came in and got right to work. The crew was extremely respectful and even laid down protective coverings on our floors.

This project could not have went any better! When the guys were done they cleaned up, walked the job with us thoroughly, and left. They left ZERO mess! We had a contractor out the week before for a different project that slapped it up, left a mess, and left angry because we held them to their work so naturally we were cautious on who we were going to hire for this job.

We have lived with our new AC and furnace for the past couple of days and can honestly say there is a noticeable difference. While giving us our estimate Rick noticed we may need some duct re-routed and minor repairs to the way the system was originally installed and he was right because now our house actually feels balanced! Each room is cooling and heating properly because of Rick's suggestions! We could not be happier with the results! All around great company and crew!

Rick Rodriquez was very professional and fair. Rabbit presents their pricing up front. They are very competitive and do not add fees. We compared to Costco contractor and they were cheaper. They flexed their replacement appointment around our family vacation but still fit us on their schedule on 97 degree days. They fixed numerous things: bad pad placement, moved the electric service box, doubled our basement return duct capacity, which greatly increased the air output on the second floor! Along with a larger and more efficient unit, our electric bill went down! I recommend Rabbit and will use them again!

The owner is very knowledgeable. He was more interested in getting me the best equipment for the size of my house rather than just letting me buy the most expensive system. I bought a furnace from them and a year later i upgraded to central air. In my opinion and i did my research. i got not only a killer deal on equipment they supplied but the installers went above and beyond.

Everyone else i know that has central air, you can tell the installer just threw everything in as quick as they could. Not these guys, they really spent a lot of time and effort on the install. I am a skilled tradesman myself so typically my opinion when i hire someone to do work is that i could've done it better. That was definitely not the case this time. i was thoroughly impressed and got way more than my money's worth.

I highly recommend Rabbit Heating and Air. I hope to see this company continue to be successful in a market that is extremely difficult based on how much competition there is out there.

Yesterday I called Rabbit Heating to arrange for a basic inspection & cleaning of our furnace ($99). I was pleased to receive an immediate response from the company followed by a Tech arriving to complete the work the same day. This work was completed in a extremely short visit & my only concern is I hope that sufficient was done to ensure satisfactory operation this coming winter.

Water heater not working, was able to come within 2 hours of calling- on a Saturday evening no less. No other company contacted was willing- although they deceivingly advertise hours as though they are available until 8 and even 10 pm. Rick was very knowledgeable and provided an objective assessment of the problem and the overall condition of the water heater.

No sales pressure to upgrade, although incentive was offered with partial cost of repair credited towards a new hot water heater if replaced within the next 30 days. I was also impressed that he declined to take a tip after an efficient repair on a holiday weekend. Rabbit Heating and Air can definitely count on my future business! Thank you!

Rabbit replaced our AC unit and did a great job. They went above and beyond, including reworking the ducting to ensure it was as efficient as possible. They responded quickly, were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, clean, friendly, and polite. They will be our go to for any heating or cooling needs in the future.

I am pleased with the service. I have used them three times in the past two years. I am pleased with how thorough they are when they visit, but I am more pleased at the fact that they don't gouge me. So far I have had excellent luck. I will use them again in the future. As well, I did not think they were too expensive.
