It's almost been a year and we're still so in love with the kitchen My Kitchen & Bath helped create for us. We did a complete renovation, including opening it up to the dining room which required taking out an "L" shaped wall. They were courteous and respectful throughout the process, especially with any snags we hit along the way. Between those moments and the ones in which they ensured little details were appropriately covered, we felt relieved we had chosen this company.

Probably the most notable was a manufacturing issue we had with one of our cabinets; the team continued to try to amend this until they were able to fix it appropriately. We would absolutely use them again and have already recommended them to our neighbors looking to get similar work done. Thank you, My Kitchen & Bath!

Fantastic remodeling experience! Hard working company, with no subcontractors. They do it all. Very professional from the start to the finish. They completed my kitchen in 3 weeks! We recently had a guest room renovation which included building a bathroom from scratch. My Kitchen and Bath were fantastic. Their price was very competitive and they made sure to help us work with and keep within our budget. There were some snags in the beginning with a missing order but MKaB immediately made everything right and work continued on schedule.

The contractors were very respectful of our home. They were professional, considerate, and genuinely listened to me if I had any questions or concerns or ideas. For those interested: I was the point of contact for the whole project and never felt unheard or disrespected as a woman which I cannot say for other projects I have attempted. The work was completed a little sooner than anticipated, and the new guest room/bathroom is absolutely beautiful. I would absolutely recommend this company for any home projects and should I need any other major home renovations done, will definitely be coming back to them.

We are really happy with our new kitchen and den. All the process was painless, we only had to choose the materials and the design. They handled absolutely everything and kept us updated on the status. The workers were super respectful and friendly considering that one of my cats wanted to supervise everything. The most important part was that the kitchen was delivered on time and on budget while the end result exceeded our expectations.

We used My Kitchen and Bath for a complete kitchen remodel, they did a fantastic job! The entire process was easy and efficient, from the very first visit to get measurements, the detailed estimate & contract to the actual work. We worked with Josh on the design and choosing the materials which was very easy by visiting their showroom in Herndon. Once the demo and work began there were no issues or problems. Bob was our project manager, and he was wonderful.

He communicated with us every day, most days by coming to the house. This was so helpful Bob kept everything on schedule and made sure the quality of work was top notch (not an easy job). The whole process took less than a month. We will definitely use them on any future jobs.

In addition to installing a granite kitchen countertop, they did a tile backsplash. Also, they installed my new dishwasher, wall oven, cooktop and garbage disposal. They replaced some old plugins. I could not be more pleased with all of their work. They were knowledgeable, efficient, hardworking, friendly and the whole staff was managing the job it seemed. I would recommend this company highly. They were good about communicating daily until the job was finished.

Kitchen and Bath completed my kitchen remodeling on time and on budget. The team was excellent and all work, including installation of new ovens and other appliances, countertops, back splash, and floors, proved to be of excellent quality. The team leader was outstanding. He proved thoughtful about the overall approach to kitchen remodeling, and used his analytical skills to solve each evolving challenge.

My Kitchen and Bath were wonderful to work with for our kitchen renovation. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Josh was excellent and very patient with assisting me in choosing the cabinets, backsplash and counter tops. The project manager, Bob, was very attentive and always made sure we were happy during the whole process. They started and finished on time and the workers showed up on time each day and were very respectful. I would highly recommend them!

My wife and I talked to 4 different kitchen contractors before selecting My Kitchen and Bath of Herndon. We had an extensive renovation in mind that included removing a load bearing wall and reconfiguring an exterior wall by removing a sliding glass door and a single window and replacing it with 3 counter height windows and a standard door. The short story is that of the 4 contractors we talked to, one tried to design a kitchen without visiting the house, a second really didn't want to talk to us at all, the third gave us advice that wasn't asked for and was wrong, and My Kitchen and Bath listened to what we wanted to do and gave us a design that we liked.

We finalized our contract for the renovation in early April of 2020 which gave us some challenges. Applying for permits and receiving them wasn't easy. Also adding to the challenge was that My Kitchen and Bath was only one of three contractors working on site, so coordinating the work was interesting. Work started in early May. It was a long road and don't fool yourself, everyone hits a point at least once where you say "what have I gotten myself into?" Throughout the project we worked through the issues and problems and at the end we have a kitchen that is truly stunning. Thanks to My Kitchen and Bath and the entire crew!

Bathroom remodel was completed within schedule despite unforeseen complications with existing wiring and plumbing. The bathroom remodel looks fantastic and was exactly as agreed. The staff and crew were all professional and timely. Would highly recommend My Kitchen and Bath.

My Kitchen and Bath were our lucky #7! We searched for over 6 months to find an honest reasonably priced contractor whom would pour excellence and love into our kitchen. They remodeled our kitchen. From beginning to end it was a very pleasant process. John arrived on time, provided a great home consultation, helped us at the showroom to select materials and handled it all. Workers were always an time and very kind. I purchased a "fixer upper" that ended up needing a lot more fixing than expected. I had multiple estimates and did a lot of research on local remodeling companies. I felt an instant connection with My Kitchen & Bath from the moment the designer came to our home for our complementary estimate. The designer I worked with was John, who listened to everything I wanted and was really able to build what I wanted from the floor up.

We decided to go with My Kitchen & Bath because the trust was there. We felt confident that the team was going to accomplish exactly what we wanted, and they did! Not only did we remodel the kitchen, we also redid the entire first floor's flooring to porcelain tile that looks like wood. I never had any complaints. The crew was super professional.
