These guys were fantastic. The answer the phone right away and return calls promptly, scheduling was easy, they texted on their way and arrived on time. Before starting the service they reviewed the terms of my coupon to be sure I understood the cost correctly. They gave me before and after photos of the chimney and chimney cap (we had them out for chimney sweeping and repairing chimney cap) so I could see with my own eyes that the work was done well.

The team that arrived to clean the HVAC system in my daughter's apartment (not being regularly serviced as it should have been) was very professional, pleasant to work with and knowledgeable. One of the best features of this business is the 24/7 availability. The staff is very responsive. My daughter's apartment HVAC system was FULL of dust, dirt, grime, and worst of all MOLD!

The unit has not been serviced regularly by the apartment management as you can see by the filter and HVAC cover that is screwed into the wall to hide the HVAC main system. Unfortunately, my daughter landed in the ER a few days ago unable to breath, feeling dizzy, and with a massive head ache, it was awful; it was then I decided to investigate why and the HVAC was a big part of the problem.

I did not take my own before pictures of the Ducts, Furnace or Coil, but I did get a couple before pictures of the air filter that belongs in the Furnace area and the Vent Cover that covers the furnace area and those two items are mild-looking compared to what was on the inside walls of the furnace area and within the ducts. There is a VAST improvement in the air quality within the apartment since Quality Air Brothers came yesterday and cleaned the system/ducts. Needless to say, I will be taking this up with the apartment management. In the meantime, I am delighted to have worked with a company that I can refer with confidence. The picture of the Duct is the after it was all cleaned out, looks new!

I bought I new dryer. Even after running two hours, clothes would still be wet. Two gentelman came in, very nice guys, they used a device to suction all debris from the duct that is 25 feet high, they took their time to make sure that air is flowing appropriately to the roof. Indeed big change, My dryer works perfectly now.

I had a great experience and they made sure they inspected before they did any additional work. They also showed me pictures of what was going to be done and treatments that were going to be used. After the work was done they sent me videos and pictures of the before and after. I will certainly use them in the future and refer them to my clients.
