I had a heavy, solid wood, 8' tall pocket door that needed repaired. I was worried that the repair would require cutting into the sheetrock. Adyn and Alex with Your New Door, arrived on-time, fixed the door without cutting into the sheetrock, and had everything completed in no time. I don't share publicly very often, but I just had one of the best service experiences of my life (All, 79 years of it) with two young men named Ayden and Alex. Recently, I had spoken with William at "your new door", who was very professional, and convinced me that the quality of their work by far merits the increased cost of their Service compared to bids from other companies.
So I took a chance and contracted for them to do some repair work on an upstairs door threshold that has been leaking for years into my downstairs bedroom. These two young men were very competent, courteous, thorough, and in general, just pleasurable to meet. They took their time and answered all of my questions as I observed them. Working. Excellent and on time service. Payton and Matt were very professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I made the mistake of using another company to repair my door several months ago. Payton and Matt fixed all of the other company's errors and made my door work better than it did when we first moved in over 15 years ago! I am not exaggerating. I don't do a lot of reviews, but these guys and this company deserved my time. I will use them again and plan on using them soon for a custom 1/2 door. Thank you so much.

Braedon and Matt arrived today and had our old entryway removed and the new entry door and side panels installed in about 2 1/2 hours once they had the new entryway in place and fitting perfectly.
