I've used SRM twice over the years. They first helped me move apartments from Framingham to Norwood, and I was blown away by their professionalism, service, and communication. So much so that my wife and I picked them again years later to move us from our condo to our current home. I cannot recommend them enough! If we ever need moving services again in the future, SRM will be my first and only call.

I'm happy I booked Safe responsible movers. There were some last minute changes to my move due to a mix up with the new building, and safe responsible movers helped me find a new date that worked for them easily. They were quick and efficient, so I only had to paid the minimum of the quote.

I recently used Safe Responsible Movers to bring a very sentimental piece of furniture across town. They were extremely communicative for the entire process, and made a point of keeping everything in written form so that both sides have a record of what was agreed to. Their pricing was very fair and competitive. Surprisingly, they even suggested a competitor that specializes in small moves that I should get a quote from (but who was a bit more expensive in the end). that's not something you see very often these days.

Day of they were punctual, friendly, and very fast. Apparently they even helped my mother change a light bulb while they were picking the furniture up. They were also fully willing to mask while doing the job. I would 100% recommend Safe Responsible Movers, and will remember them for future jobs.

I have used Safe Responsible Movers 6 years ago when I moved from one town in Massachusetts to another one close by! They were awesome! I am using them again in two weeks when I make a move to a fabulous new home across town! They are so professional and take very good care of each piece of furniture! I will write another review in two weeks when I move again, however in the meantime I highly recommend Safe Responsible Movers!

Excellent moving company! Always on time, efficient, and doesn't overcharge! We spec'd out a move at 6 hours and it was done in 2. They just charged us the minimum. I recommend this company to anyone moving in the Boston area and suburbs!

AMAZING COMPANY AND SO FAST. We were only moving a block away and they had our entire 2-bedroom apartment packed up and into the truck in 30 minutes. 60 minutes later we were fully loaded into our new apartment (a 4th-floor walk up)! The whole process only took 90 minutes! I tipped them outrageously and was so thankful for their help. I'll never move on my own again, the money was so well spent and they did an amazing job, handling everything with great care.

We were glad we'd spent so much time getting everything well packed in advance because it was absolutely seamless and helped so much having the entire day to unpack and settle in. We were even able to break down our boxes carefully and donate them to a friend who was also moving that weekend. Safe Responsible Movers are definitely the heroes of a great Boston relocation!

These folks are the best. They are polite, excellent at their job (being quick and accurate with moving things in and out of houses and trucks), and patient with rearranging when asked. They made three different difficult parking situations work in our 3-stop move. They truly made moving day worry-free. We wouldn't change a single thing. And their estimate, which was true to what we ended up paying, was less than the others we priced out! Go with them, you won't regret it.

We recently moved and had everything in storage, I contacted Safe Responsible movers and not only were they able to accommodate our unexpectedly quick timeline, but did not charge a premium to do so. Based on my info, I was given a quote for 2 hours. I truly thought, there's no way they'll finish unloading the POD that quickly. Well, was I wrong. First, the team of 3 showed up exactly on time and they were nice, professional, masked, efficient and actually fun to have around. Then, in an hour and 5 minutes, they were asking if I had anything else I needed because they were completely done.

They had unloaded the POD, arranged the living room and bedroom furniture, including the living room rug. I will never move myself again, it took 3 of us two days to pack up the POD, it took the 3 professionals than 1.5 hours to unload it. The guys were amazing, the service was top notch and I will definitely use them in the future and gladly recommend them to any friends or family. Thank you for the amazing service.

They were quick in getting back to me with a quote, and were very specific with their expectations/cost structure (i.e. you need to have a good idea of your moving inventory so they can quote you appropriately). The first time we used SRM they moved us to a new apartment and did a fantastic job, especially solving a tricky convertible couch issue. Four year later they came back for a short assistance getting the same couch downstairs and into our truck, without the delivery. They are consistently timely, professional, courteous, and take extreme care of our furniture and of the building hallways. They performed excellently both in the previous full move and in the recent hourly assistance. Thanks guys!

I went with this company after reading many great reviews, and I have no regrets! We moved from a second-floor apartment in Brookline to a house in Natick, and from start to finish, the guys were respectful and incredibly efficient. They had an extra guy training, and they didn't charge us for his work. The price was great for the excellent job they did. Would highly recommend!

We found Safe Responsible Movers on Yelp. The reviews there were mixed but right from the start I was impressed with them. They sent a very clear, detailed, quote and suggested things to consider that I never thought of like obtaining a parking permit for the day of the move. We didn't need the service but it was great that they offered. Their price was competitive and we liked that there was a flat rate for travel time. Also, they didn't charge extra to use their furniture blankets, etc.

Between the time we booked and the move date we sent several emails and James was very responsive. On the day of the move while they were a little late once Patrick, Mike, and Patrick arrived it was obvious that they meant business. They looked at the items, came up with a plan, and quickly loaded the truck. They unpacked and assembled our beds just as quickly.

In the end we were less than $50 over the quoted price and this was a 3 stop move. These were the best movers I've ever had. They were fast, pleasant, respectful, and funny. Will definitely call on Safe Respobsible Movers the next time we move.

Safe Responsible was amazing! I arrived late to my apartment but my ex was able to direct them on what to pack up so when I showed up my dresser was safely wrapped in plastic and they had everything organized in the truck. The were so kind and considerate to wait and let me walk around to make sure I had everything I needed and take one more box of kitchen supplies I boxed up on sie.

Then they beat me to my new apartment and my sister called to say how fast and efficient and cute the guys were! Definitely would use them again, it's super stressful to move and out of a ex boyfriends apartment and these guys made it 100 times easier and smoother!
