Great experience working with SlopePro. Truly professional team. The representative, Austin Gregory, made the process easy from start to finish. We filed an insurance claim and they were very understanding, as insurance can be a little slower to work with, but Austin kept us on schedule so we can have our roof completed in the time frame we discussed. Can't thank them enough.

SlopePro is unlike any other roof company that I've worked with. I've been a project manager on several construction sites and own my own properties too and I have never had this level of professionalism and knowledge from any roof company before. SlopePro replaced our 130 year old metal roof with a new metal roof. They were friendly, very responsive, and worked incredibly hard. Throughout the process, they always responded to my emails (even late nights on the weekends) and kept me updated on the status of everything. The team that worked on the roof had some of the most incredible work ethic I have ever seen.

They showed up early and worked late through 100 degree weather for almost two weeks. The new roof looks amazing and they didn't skimp on any details. When they were done, they left everything clean.

I say this because he answered about a thousand of my questions that I had. I worked with Justin Tuskey to install a new roof and convert my old built in gutters to a modern gutter. I cannot say enough good things about this company and him personally. They were so responsive, proactive, honest, and did a wonderful job. My experience with SlopePro was great from beginning to end. I contacted them via Thumbtack when I started having leaks in my split level home late one night during one of the recent snow storms we had. Justin from SlopePro came out the very next day to perform an inspection of our roof. He clearly and throughly pointed out various issues with our roof and included pictures so we'd have a better understanding of the issues.

We were presented with multiple options to fix the problems or replace the entire roof. We thought the price for replacing the roof was really good and went with that option. Within about two weeks, SlopePro arrived to replace the roof. Justin kept us well informed and frequently updated us of the progress, always asking if we had any questions. We could truly relax (or in our case, work from home) and let the professionals do what they do best.
