I got a recommendation to use JP carpet from a Facebook group and I'm BEYOND impressed. My family is in the rug cleaning business and we were all shocked at their service. Called for an estimate to replace a broken tile in master bath and clean grout in master and second bathrooms. Peter came out the next day. Within a week I had tile replaced, grouting replaced with a lighter color and cleaned like new! So happy with the outcome! JP carpet and floor experts are the best! Give them a call before looking anywhere else!

I had an overall excellent experience working with JP Carpet Cleaning! We were looking to have the grout cleaned in our kitchen and bathroom. I was impressed immediately by their friendliness on the phone and availability to come to us within the next day. The next morning, the team was on time and extremely efficient. I've never seen our tile look so clean! I found out later that it is a husband/wife team - Both are extremely personable and easy to work with. I highly recommend them!

JP carpet has been cleaning the carpet and wax/polishing the floor of my dental office for many years. Always reliable and on time. They work with my schedule so that I don't have to shut down during my normal business hours. The do a superb job everytime. All the workers have always been nice and pleasant. What an incredibly amazing team! We had our Saltillo tile re-finished and it was 5 times harder work for them than anticipated. Previous company had about 10 plus layers of sealer on our tile. This wonderful team broke their backs to rectify it and brought it back to its most natural state. They were honest, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We have found our go-to company for all of our future flooring needs. You will NOT be disappointed!

Did a terrific job and charged a very reasonable price to clean two large rugs, a 7 ft couch, and a recliner, and they were in and out in about 30 minutes. I'd also requested a quote a on a bigger job, which they explained to me was totally unnecessary and saved me $1300. Very honest, nice, and fast.

This company is absolutely amazing. I hired them to clean my carpets in my home which is about 1200 square feet of rug plus 15 stairs a few years ago and they did a fantastic job. I rehired them this past week and the wife of the owner--who is a very hard worker--remembered I'm from Hawaii, what I do for a living, etc. To me that's amazing that she met me once prior yet she remembered all that.
But anyway, back to the review of their amazing carpet cleaning services. Every single stain, mark, scuff, etc on the carpet was taken out and once again our rug looks and smells brand new. I love this company and will continue to utilize their services for years to come!
