JOSE & JOSH were impeccably amazing. Seriously 10/10 recommend they were extremely professional fast friendly efficient provided great customer service I feel they truly represented the company in the best manner I was relieved they were very happy to help me get the job done which was very much appreciated considering my anxiety being through the roof.

Truly amazing experience at a very reasonable price. An entire two-bedroom condo's contents including furniture and refuse removed inside of 45 minutes! Crew was friendly and efficient, even sweeping up before leaving. Couldn't have expected more!

Have used Junk B Gone twice to remove a backyard pile of assorted chairs, lightweight construction material, and miscellaneous household junk. The crew communicates arrival time, shows up within a couple days of contact, and very efficiently removes the pile at a reasonable price. They even raked the ground afterward. Super friendly and professional!

Ann coordinated everything for us. She was an absolute peach to work with! Miguel and Luis came to our home to remove old bed and frame and a few boxes of junk. This was in Ballard and parking is scarce. The driveway is very small and they were unable to get truck to the house. This was not an issue for them! They were amazing at getting all the junk out (second floor) and loaded that stuff on to a hand truck.

They were personable, professional and quite the troopers! Everything was smooth and easy for us and very VERY reasonably priced. I highly recommend using this company! They were absolutely fantastic and I'll definitely be using them in the future!

Junk B Gone was great! Getting pricing and coordinating the time, and giving options was so helpful. Scott was friendly and helpful from start to finish. We really appreciated his positive attitude, communicating well, and. removing my junk! Additionally, he was such a nice and cool guy! We called around and this was a good and competitive price. Taking junk for trash and also for donating was amazing. And it was worth every penny. I was able to finally get rid of my storage unit. I highly recommend this company!

Junk-B-Gone's service was amazing. They were incredibly friendly and flexible on arranging a time and date. When the driver got here (apologies for not remembering your name!), he was super nice and masked up. He moved all of the material into his truck, and even helped me get a box spring down two flights of stairs (it was a nightmare, trust me). Amazing service, great price, and would absolutely call them again.
