So I have to say. Eric my plumber that came in as incredible. So Ii tried to fix the problem myself and didn't make me feel like an idiot. Said he thought it as cool that I at least tried to fix it. Then he was very courteous, knowledgeable, and didn't mind me sitting watching him and asking questions. I will definitely be using Hansen again. And I will ask for Eric again. That man deserves a raise. Nice young man.

Had a major issue. We had dinner reservations and a last minute clog! Called Hansen Family and Chad was at the house in under an hour! I told him what was going on (and our dinner plans) and he had the issue fixed and explained everything super fast! We showered and made dinner on time! I would absolutely recommend Hansen Family to anyone in need of expert plumbing help. And trust me, ask for Chad!

Very positive experience. Was given a time slot of 8-10 and received a text at 7:50 that Chad was on the way. We had a slow kitchen drain. 2 others guys had looked at it and wouldn't touch it since the pipes are old. Although Chad was hesitant, he took on the job and was able to clear the drain quickly and without any issues. Cleaned up and double and triple checked that all was ok.

We had Chad come over to our house to fix hot water issue in our shower. The entire process of contacting Hansen Family business for scheduling a visit to getting our water issues fixed took less than 3 hours. Chad was great to work with, explained exactly what was wrong and fixed the problem. Definitely recommend!

Great experience with Hansen Family Plumbing. They let me know when the guy was coming, with a picture and history of him so I would know he was the right one. He was very thorough with me septic blockage, and ran a camera down it after the first blockage was cleared. The camera discovered a second blockage, which he used the snake for and made sure all was good. Great job!

Hansen was great, and got Mark scheduled out to our house on very short notice for a leaking water heater. He stayed late until the job was done and we had hot water. It was very appreciated since we had family in town. His professionalism could not have been better, and he was a great sport in the family circus we had going at the house at the time!
He was so knowledgeable and helped alleviate our concerns on mold, and even came back the next day to complete our warranty work. Everything was perfect and I would highly recommend Mark and Hansen Family Plumbing. Thank you again for everything!

Hansen Plumbing responded very quickly to my immediate need for a water heater replacement. On a Saturday morning, they contacted me within ten minutes of my text to schedule the technician that same day, and kept me updated regularly on his progress towards getting to my house. The technician (Jerry) was professional, polite, friendly and communicative throughout the installation, and cleaned up the worksite thoroughly when done. They did a great job throughout!

5 out of 5 compliments! Yesterday I had a 1995 shower faucet where the handle just kept spinning. Upon discovery I read through the Yelp reviews of Hansons Family Plumbing and was impressed with their ad and great comments of praise. I called and was immediately greeted with "what can we can help you with?" I was impressed that someone picked up the phone!
I made arrangements for an estimate for the shower repair and a dripping faucet. She had an opening for the NEXT morning. The very pleasant young man reviewed the concern and said I can repair all now if you'd like. He had to go to the supply house and would be right back. 30 min or so later he did, repaired all and we couldn't be more impressed. I will use Hanson again and We strongly recommend this company!

We called Hansen Family Plumbing and Air at 4:45, just before they closed. Brittany answered the phone and was incredibly friendly helping us get an appointment set up for a new water heater. Robert F was our technician and showed up right at the beginning of the time window. Showed us our options without making us feel pressured. We had them install the new water heater and they were able to do it immediately.
When Robert was on his way they send you a picture along with a quick description of who is coming to your house. Customer service was through the roof. Pricing was also right in line with what we expected. Definitely worth the phone call for any plumbing issues. Highly recommend!
