One of the heating elements and wiring went out on our oven on Friday. Called Saturday, appointment made for Tuesday. Thomas came and diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and was back within 24 hours, got everything fixed. He was fast, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I fully appreciate that in a tech. Parts and labor are guaranteed for a year in their pricing. Definitely recommend using these guys.

Great service - fast appointment time, timely, and excellent service. Our oven broke down out of no where and we called appliance EMT. Our tech Paul was very friendly, on time, and clearly had experience working with appliances. We had to change the motherboard of a double wall oven. Paul provided a list of pricing for the job, ordered the part and came back 3 days later to install. The oven is now fixed. I would def use EMT again and thank you Paul!

Daniel was great. I had an issue with my fridge leaking, oven fan was rattling, and my microwave was making a zapping sound. He had all the parts and fixed them at a fair price. I will always request Daniel he knows what he is doing.

Paul looked at the stove that was already disassembled as I was not able to replace the fan on my own. He confidentially said he could fix it. He proceeded to do so and instead of replacing a very expensive oven we now have an oven running like before. Thanks Paul

Very happy with Mark- he is the best! He was even willing to make a separate trip to their warehouse for the part he needed as part of his visit. Mark fixed my dryer quickly, and I'm very happy!

This company is extremely professional, and they came through with everything that they told us they were going to do. I very much appreciated the call ahead of time to let us know that the technician was on his way. The technician himself was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with Tips on how to maintain our appliance after it was fixed. I highly recommend this company.
