If you are reading this review. It is because you are in the same position I was in 10 months ago in attempting to find a reputable contractor to make needed repairs in my home. You read so many cases on the Neighborhood Websites where contractors come in, give an estimate, and you hire them with a down payment. Then they just start the job but never finish it or worse, never even start the job.

I found Home Platinum Services on the internet and researched them thoroughly. The owner was the Project Manager for a local home builder for many years before he started his own business about 11 years ago. In my search for a contractor, I am looking for someone to perform the work with the highest quality at a reasonable price and within the time frame required.

I had extensive damage in my home in the six digits so this was not a small project. I found that Home Platinum Services met and/or exceeded my requirements and expectations. They have some of the best subcontractors in this area. The contractor oversees the project but the subcontractors perform the actual work so they are critical to the successful completion of the project.

Their subcontractors are excellent and strive to perform high quality repairs to your final satisfaction. They are very friendly and extremely approachable making the repair project easier on everyone. As with any project, I recommend that you have an estimate in writing that you and the contractor have agreed to in total so there are no misunderstandings later in the project. Nima Niazi's Platinum home services handled our home renovation this year. Our goals were to 1-Stick to a timeline with a defined budget 2-Get honest advice from our GC and have skilled and trustworthy subs handle tasks related to masonry, plumbing, electrical work and painting. Nima and his team exceeded our expectations on every parameter. Nima runs a tight ship, the team were always disciplined and diligent, treating our home and our family with care and respect. Nima is an excellent communicator and was very quick in responding to our questions/requests.

There was a rare day that he did not visit the site, in fact on most days he would be there first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening and was always present to personally oversee anything complicated. Recently bought a house with some remodeling needs. We had 2 bathrooms redone, living room fireplace, kitchen remodeled, stair case updated, and extensive painting. Nima was very responsive during the project from submitting the estimate until all the work was done. We wanted the work done on a tight timeline. Nima and his team delivered a great final product ahead of our expectations.

His crews are friendly, professional, and skilled at what they do. Nima was very involved and personally oversaw the progress. He even kept an eye on our house while we were out of town over the holidays. We will be re-peat customers!

I had a mold situation in my kitchen, living room and bathroom the root cause of which was a dishwasher that was leaking. As it was a big project and my first experience with a general contractor, I realized I had to do a lot of homework before I chose the right person. Compared to the effort and research that I had put in to find a mold inspector and mold remediation company, the effort involved in finding an excellent general contractor like Nima was substantial.

I had practically read each and every review of the three contractors that I had shortlisted. Nima is excellent in many aspects - speed of communication, providing solutions and options. He patiently answered many questions that I and my wife had before and during the project. He communicated with my insurance company and negotiated well to get me what was needed to get the project done.

He has an excellent team that has worked with him for many years. I also got some remodeling done at my cost during the project and so the entire project ended up involving a lot of professionals - kitchen cabinets, wood flooring all over my home, bath remodel - converting bathtub to walk-in shower, painting multiple rooms, can lights in the master bedroom, converting electric stovetop to gas stovetop and of course replacing my old dishwasher. Nima and his team completed the entire work ahead of schedule.

At a time when most projects get delayed and overshoot the budget, Nima finished the work before time and within budget. There were many times that Nima visited my home to monitor and review the work progress. We have received many compliments for the hardwood floors that I got installed. I know that any future home remodeling that I do will involve Nima. Nima is one of the best professionals I have worked with to date.

I cannot thank Nima at Home Platinum Services enough. He remodeled my house after damage from winter storm Uri in 2021. The house was an absolute mess and Nima remodeled it and restored it to look even better than it did before. He was always available to answer questions and took any concerns I had into consideration. He was also amenable to any changes that I wanted to make even though the scope of the project changed over time.

He was also great with recommending colors and coordinating the look of the house. Finally, I want to mention that the Nima was great during an extremely trying time and major disaster in the Dallas area. Again, I highly recommend Home Platinum Services.

If there was ever something that we wanted changed, they addressed it right away. We also found Nima's design advice to be very helpful. In our project, Nima built us a new full bathroom from what was a pocket office and closet, built a new iron railing, custom iron office door, finished three unfinished closets, painted our kitchen island as well as many walls and baseboards. This was the best contractor experience I have ever had. We completely remodeled two bathrooms, den, living room, office, and replaced the facings on all our kitchen cabinets. Nima's contractors installed real wooden floors, a lot of new canned lights, and quite a few other lights. I've used a lot of contractors and Nima was by far the most responsive never taking more than 15 -20 minutes to respond to questions or concerns.

The vast majority of the time he responded immediately! I will use Nima and his company in all our future projects and recommend him highly. He is an engineer by trade and a solution for each and every problem that came up.

We contracted Nima for renovation work in our home including custom wood floors in the master bedroom and closet, painting the master bedroom and bath, installation and custom tile work of a soaking tub in the master bath and refurbishment of the coffee bar and master bedroom fireplace. In addition, Nima's crew repainted the kitchen, breakfast nook and family room which included conversion of all milk wash cabinetry and trim to an updated white.

Overall we were very pleased with the outcome of all aspects of the project. Nima was very friendly and easy to work with. Nima and his team did a great job on our Kitchen remodel. He has been in the industry for a long time and knows the best sub contractors to use. Nima stopped by on a regular basis and checked to make sure the subs did everything according to his height standards. Overall we were very pleased and I would highly recommend his company.

Nima and his team replaced the floors in 3 rooms (living, kitchen, and dining room) and re-modeled our kitchen top to bottom with new cabinet faces, granite countertops, paint and a hand built permanent hutch. We chose Nima based off of the reviews we read and can affirm that he takes great pride in his work. For us he managed all of his team to a schedule, was easy to reach via email, phone or text, and responsive to our observations for things we wanted to have touched up or fixed as the work went along.

Last summer, we worked with Home Platinum Services and we remodeled our floor in kitchen and family room. They did most of the job, while we were in our summer vacation. The job has been wonderful. Nima was available every day at work for checking, supervising his own crew and giving us an update. They handled work alteration and small changes very well.

They were ready for any surprises or complication during the job. They did handle all the cleanups on a daily basis and major clean up at the very end. I can tell, I would hire them again for sure! We are remodeling the kitchen in our new home and, in the process, discovered some damage from a prior incident. I demolished the damaged areas, but needed urgent help to replace, patch, tape, bed and texture the room. Platinum arrived the next morning to estimate the work and costs then started work two days later with a promise to complete in two days.

The work was finished in two days! The men worked until 11PM to complete it, but they completed it on time. Workmanship is very high quality, but cleanup could be better. Overall though, I still give them five stars.

Nima was very helpful throughout the entire process of having our shower remodeled. He took care of everything (from design to cleanup) and was very thoughtful and thorough. Each team that he sent was able to talk with us which we really appreciated. The new shower is beautiful! We also had some work done repairing drywall. It looks great and I feel so much better that things are fixed again!
