Critter Stop

Christian did a fantastic job. We had a different provider (one of the very large name brands) try and fail to solve our rat problems after a long and painful process. Critterstop was communicative, timely, much more cost effective, and actually solved our rodent issues. I am very pleased with their work and highly recommend them.

I hired Critter Stop to do an exclusion on my attic. I had a good experience overall. Jordan came out to give us an estimate and was very courteous and professional. The methods they used (snap traps, night-vision camera, etc.) seemed solid and humane based on my research and their pricing was reasonable. I was a little disappointed with the work done by the initial crew (or perhaps one person on the crew).

They were nice to work with, but there was stray caulk left on the brick that should have been wiped, wire mesh exclusions not trimmed in places and sticking visibly out of cracks, and several screws left in the street in front of my house that could have punctured a car tire. I think it was partly due to the cold weather when they did it (their hands might have gotten numb) and perhaps one or more new and inexperienced hires.

There were also many leaves in the street that might have made it hard to see the screws that got dropped. I talked to Jordan and he sent out Christian who redid the work. He was very thorough, careful, and courteous. He apologized on behalf of the company and they refunded a portion of my bill. I don't blame the company as they did ultimately make it right.

Everyone makes mistakes as a new hire (if that's what happened). But it was a bit of an inconvenience to have things unfold the way they did which involved extra work and phone calls on my part. Had Christian come out the first time, it would have been a 5-star review. I am happy to say that there's been no creatures in the attic since!

I couldn't recommend Critter Stop enough for all their patience and work. I had a squirrel problem under the roof and they came out and took care of them. In the middle of the process I had bees move into where the squirrels had made a hole. They were able to recommend a bee service to remove them before they could finish. Christian came out and removed the one way door along with patching the existing hole. Christian was very professional a perfect example of who I'd want working for my company. I recommend Critter Stop 100% and will be a repeat customer for years to come.

I worked Critter Stop to help me remove a Raccoon out of my property. The individuals I interacted with were very knowledgeable on the matter, very friendly, and got the work done. Special thanks to Aaron and Christian for the fantastic help during their visits.

Aaron did an amazing job, dude needs a raise, free lunches, and throw in a solid night at a gentleman's club for this guy. On a serious note, very respectful, attention to detail, and was early to the appointment.

We texted Critterstop in the evening and already the following day they came out to inspect our attic. We had a raccoon mom with babies and squirrels. My family and I had a very good experience using Critter Stop to address the possum that was trying to setup house in my attic. They came out within 24 hours of my call, gave me a fair quote, then did exactly what they promised. Crews were polite and thorough. I was kept up to date on all there work and the status of my Critter problem. I now have no critters, and all of the access points into my home are sealed. I am a happy and satisfied customer.

Phillip did an excellent job closing out our contractual work yesterday. He removed the traps and raccoon droppings, fogged the attic, and reviewed all of the work completed earlier. The attic is secure again, with no uninvited guests, and we are very pleased.

So glad I did a diligent research in finding a company to help us with our critter issues. Unfortunately our attic presented mice problems and after getting various quotes from other places we opted to have Critterstop to do the work in our home. We initially met with Jordan who explained how the work will be done. He was very professional and very understanding of our needs.

The actual work was done early this week by Aaron and Devin as well as Christian who came to check on rat activity. All these people were super professional and caring. They were on-time, very careful with our home and did an outstanding job in sealing our property and doing everything that needs to be done. We are very glad we chose CritterStop. He was very professional by provided me with a detailed next steps with the treatment. Critter Stop was quick and responsive since day one. I had a racoon in my attic and they had a plan of action to evict the momma and kits. Easy to get a hold of techs via text or phone for quick response. They did a thorough job and within days the racoon left. Thank you to James for doing a thorough check up in the attic to make sure the racoon and kits were gone and he finished up with sealing the soffits and setting up the one way trap. I found Critter Stop on line and called them. Jordan came out and inspected my attic and found that I had Racoons and possibly rats and squirrels. Kyle and Mat came out and inspected and placed traps in my entire attic. They installed a one way door and then sealed up the entrances where the rats had entered. When the took the trap down the soffit was painted and repaired.

Then Jacob came twice and inspected only to find that the critters were gone. He then fogged the attic to keep anything out. I am very impressed with the company. They do exactly what they say they will do and follow up on everything. You get a one year warranty and if you want to keep the warranty it is reasonable to do so. It was not cheap but the work was quality. Christian and Kyle were very thorough and took care of every critter entry point on my entire house no matter how big or small. I'm confident we won't be dealing with rats in the attic again!

I just had my annual inspection done with James. He arrived on time, as very professional and performed a thorough inspection. After his inspection, he went over everything with me in detail and made sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. Working with Critter Stop was an excellent experience! I had a few pests in the garage that I caught over a couple months, which I mistakenly thought was the end. You can imagine my frustration when I started to hear regular rustling from the attic near my skylight around dusk each night. I called Critter Stop, and within a couple days had an estimate that was thoroughly explained to me.

After deciding to proceed due to the professionalism and obvious knowledge exhibited by everyone I interacted with, Phillip and Dustin came out to "critter proof" my home. They did an excellent job - even taking the time to color match the paint on the exterior to cover all of the repairs that were made to seal up even the slightest gap, including a few that were missed by the original quote. Phillip even pointed out a couple of small wooden boards that appeared to have been added to my home after the original build that were the wrong color and asked if he could paint them to match for me while he was working on the area.

This is above and beyond any customer service I have received and I want to thank everyone, but especially Phillip and Dustin, for their hard work and for making sure that my issues would be resolved.

First half of the job done well. Entry points sealed, rodent's caught. Pleased so far. Both technicians were very professional. I am particularly impressed with Christian. Hopefully he will be on the crew that comes back to remove/replace the insulation. I will be updating my review when the job is dine.

The work Jacob did today was beyond my expectations! I had a very visible part of the fascia on my home damaged by a squirrel. Once he assessed the damage, Jacob explained to me exactly what he was going to do. He repaired it in a way to also deter future damage. After he painted all of the repairs he did, it looks as if there was never any damage.

The repairs are flawless! I am so grateful for Jacob's kindness, professionalism, and his expertise. I could tell his character was beyond reproach, I am so grateful to have had his help today. I especially appreciated the time he took to explain the repair process and how it would deter this squirrel. I also thank Lester who answered my initial call.

He immediately texted me after the call so I could send pictures, he then got back to me so quickly with an initial estimate. Jordan and Drew are amazing. They are very knowledgeable, and I felt comfortable that they would get the job done. Jordan did the initial inspection to find the problem (ugh, rats in attic), and he was great. Drew set the traps and sealed everything up. What a wonderful person. He was so nice and very knowledgeable in what he did. Hopefully, he will be the one to check the traps and follow up. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

I got a couple quotes on what it would cost to seal up our attic to help prevent rats/mice/squirrels from getting in.not only was critter stop a great deal, but their team was extremely thorough in sealing up even the smallest of access points. I also appreciated their follow up on removing the existing pheromone trails. I would definitely do business with this company again.

Critter Stop has always been very responsive to our needs and their work is good quality and very detailed. Most recently their tech Cory was out at the house doing an inspection after some work was done by another company and discovered issues with the other work done. He not only let me know of the issues but worked to correct the openings left and got the issue fixed quickly and with good workmanship.
