From beginning to end, our experience was amazing. They are the best contractors we have ever worked with and it's clear they are here to do the job right and take pride in their work. We had our HVAC fully replaced, converted our water tank from gas to electric, and upgraded our electrical panel. They are SMUD approved contractors that are very knowledgeable about rebate programs and will file the paperwork for you.

Our work was all permitted and the inspector was very impressed with their work. We worked with several different employees, from initial quoting, admin, to techs, and had a great experience. Super Brothers installed a heat pump water heater for us. The entire staff was courteous and professional and handled everything from start to finish including the paperwork. Dimitri did an outstanding job with the install and did it alone. Impressive because it was an all day job! What I most appreciated is when I had some trouble getting hot water the next day, they came right out and got everything situated; it was just a setting on the mixing valve, no big deal. He even came back half an hour later to make sure we were still getting hot water. We definitely felt taken care of. Highly recommend!

Super Brothers came out to replace my main water valve that had a disconnected stem. They replaced it with a quarter-turn ball valve with really great soldering work all within a couple of hours. A crew of two arrived and dismantled an entire gas, air conditioning and heating system and replaced it with an electric version over one and a half days. Could not have been a better experience with workers in the house. Everything was kept clean and orderly, and they were completely professional throughout. My wife and I have used Super Brothers frequently and will continue to do so with big jobs like this in the small ones as they come up.

We just completed a house repipe and new sewer line install. We had three estimates. Super Brothers (Dimitar) was the most knowledgeable estimator. We appreciated his honest recommendations and he gave us an estimate much less than the other two. We felt very confident in using Super Brothers. We were not disappointed. The installers were very professional and they took pride in their work.

The after service follow up was thorough. Bottom line. We got a quality job, from an honest company, for a very reasonable price. We have recommended them to our family and neighbors.

Super Mario was referred to me by a friend when I needed to have a new hot water heater installed. Used photos to get quote which was in line with their own published rates (which are very reasonable). No hidden fees. Made an appointment for next day. installer called ahead arrived at time scheduled. Was courteous and professional (did not seem personable, but this is not a hotel front desk and like i said, he was very courteous and professional). Replaced everything, no cutting corners. Fairly new to Sacramento and to owning this home, but they have earned a place as the go to plumbers for anything that comes up in the future for my home.

My water heater went out yesterday I called and Daniel helped me out gave me a cost out the door for Bay replacement which was harder than I thought it would be and Petyo was amazing he showed up early and went above and beyond to get my old water heater out and replace a new one fully up to code. After all is said and done he's still charged me the agreed-upon price. Call Super Mario Plumbing if you want to get taken care of by true professionals. I was having difficulty finding a reasonably priced plumber that had the expertise to install my new water heater which was larger and had to be integrated into my solar water heating system. Once the guys at Super Mario Plumbing came over to give me a bid, I knew they were the ones to do the job; they knew the county code requirements, understood how the numerous solar components worked and had a good price.

And I was very happy with the outcome; they upgraded some of my solar components, bought a pan for the water heater to sit in (to catch any leaking water), took away all of the extraneous pipes and garbage and ensured it easily passed the code inspection. And on top of that, they were really nice guys.

Super Mario is the best! We are so happy that we found them! We've had them out to our house many times for various reasons: replace toilets, garbage disposal, and gas range, fix water heater, and unclogged a pipe. Everyone they have sent out has been professional, efficient, and personable. Our home is almost 60 years old, and having Super Mario to call when we need help has made our lives much easier and less stressful. We highly recommend them!

Definitely 5 stars. I had an urgent (to me) situation involving a previous plumbing company not doing the job right. I had 1day off. I called quite a few plumbing companies and Super Mario was quick to respond, actually accommodated my schedule. My service technician was awesome! Super Mario Plumbing was terrific! When I called in the morning the gentleman that answered was friendly and helpful and was able to get me a same day appt. Vadim showed up at my door a few minutes earlier than the start time which is unheard of! These guys are the only folks I will use for my plumbing needs. They have done two jobs for me: They installed an upstairs tank water heater in my rental and a tankless water heater in my home. I don't think anyone beats Super Mario's prices or professionalism. Everyone on their staff goes out of their way to be courteous and to keep you informed.

They are fast and work hard. Installing my tankless water heater involved drilling through a 18-inch brick wall in my garage, and halfway into the job, they decided drywall work would be involved. None of this extra work affected my original estimate. Awesome. I will use them again!

We have a sewer leak under the kitchen and I contacted several contractors for estimate of repair. Super Mario Plumbing turns out to be the best. They explained how they work, $99 for the inspection, which will apply to the repair. Their guy took the picture and explain the problem and what repair needed. Their charge of the repair was most reasonable so we hire them to fix it. The workers were on time, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.
