The other staff at the business are also very understanding and extremely committed to providing top tier assistance in all aspects. Affordable Air LA was top notch from the first point of contact. Their tech, Jeremy, was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and honest. I was given regular updates as to his ETA, and he showed identification immediately upon arrival. He diagnosed the problem quickly and used photos and video of my system to support the suggested services to remedy my air-conditioning problem. I have been through 3 different company's and the prices were disrespectful. Almost double what affordable quoted me. Eric was very knowledgeable and polite and friendly. He spent two hours at my house going through and explaining everything to me and my wife. Very good and down to earth guy. I didn't feel comfortable with any of the other three companies I had over each one just had their own way of trying to sale me a pitch which I asked them not to do.

I explained that to Eric when he arrived at my house and he said "well that stops here" by the time he left I had given the deposit and was well satisfied with my decision. To top it off my big dog river doesn't allow anyone in my home and I was amazed when he let Eric pet him and even sat down next to him. Very happy

Eric was respectable and very knowledgeable. I appreciated him taking his time with our A/C assessment. Providing clear options to the work we may need makes it much easier on the decision making. Like with everything, even though we will seek a 2nd/3rd quote for price comparison, I cannot deny that Eric is one cool & awesome dude that keeps things on a real level, which is something that is difficult to find in today's world. He's one good guy. Hope and pray we can come to an agreement in the next couple days.

A truly fantastic experience. Jeremy is our new hero and Affordable H and A are our going to be our new go to for Maintenance and repair. Jeremy is not only incredibly friendly and positive, but even more importantly he knows what he's doing. He came in and was able to get on our roof with no problem when just about every other contractor complained it was impossible without a specialty ladder.

He checked out the unit, diagnosed the problem (blown capacitor) and repaired it in under 30 minutes! He also gave me an air filter to use because my existing one was so dirty. He explained everything he was doing and involved us in the process when it made sense. When it came time to pay we didn't even have to sit down. Very reasonable. Hats off to Jeremy. The feeling of confidence and relief my wife and I feel now that we have a reliable AC contractor is palpable. One less thing to worry about.

I found this company on a Facebook group and I was desperate to fix my A/C because it wasn't pumping cool air. I called them and they sent a technician named Jeremy the SAME DAY! He told us our capacitor was the problem and we also needed to install a hard start kit. He did it in 20 minutes and our A/C started working instantly. It was a little pricier than I thought it would be but not horrible, considering we need our air condition fixed in this heat wave and Jeremy knew exactly what the problem was right away! I'm very happy I found a trusted person to handle my HVAC. James quelled my worries about my AC leaking. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about what needed to happen. He cleaned the coil and installed a new air purifier. I am relieved to know my air is purer now. I will be requesting him moving forward!

Martin and his team were amazing. They installed heating and air in my home that has never had anything other than a wall heater and window air units. They worked for three solid days installing everything, while making sure the work didn't make a mess in my house. We now have a house that will be comfortable regardless of the weather outside! All this was done at a fair price. The city inspector even said they did a good job. I highly recommend Martin and his team at Affordable Heating & Air!
