I called 1-800 Water Damage of Prescott and North Scottsdale Wednesday after being stonewalled by another company for days. This company is local to the Prescott and PV area! Daniel the owner and his technician showed up Thursday the next day to give a detailed inspection . He emailed me information promptly including photos. Thank you Daniel for your prompt attention and respectful education on the problem at hand. I will update as the process unfolds.

Losing half your house to water damage and having a very uncooperative insurance company is no picnic. But if you have to go through that disaster, do yourself a favor and have Daniel Daire, his don, and their team be your guide. Their ethics, integrity, and professionalism are beyond reproach. I haven't come across this sort of hard work and honesty in business in decades (if at all). Unfortunately the work on mitigating our house is ongoing and I'll have many more great things to say about 1-800 Prescott when the work is done.

I had a mishap where I accidentally burned a ham bone, causing my home to fill with smoke. Fortunately, it didn't start a fire, but it left a strong smoke odor throughout the house. Daniel and Becky were incredibly responsive, managing to fit in a consultation on the same day despite their busy schedule. The next morning, Daniel arrived fully equipped to eliminate the lingering smell, which was akin to an ashtray. Thanks to their efficient treatment, within just two days, the foul stench was completely gone from my home! Their exceptional service and outstanding work have earned them a lifelong customer in me.
