Where do I even begin to express how awesome this team is! We were out of town on a family vacation and neighbor checked on our basement after a bad storm to find our basement with 2inch of rain water. We called Mr Micheal plumbers they install a new pump, alarm and back up and then suggested getting 1800 water damage in to inspect the water damage. Laurence their lead tech came and truly has been transparent, awesome to deal with many hours away and helped get our home accessed so fast to make the right decision for our situation.

Alex, Jason and the team did a great job of removing our damaged drywall and flooring in the kitchen and basement, drying and cleaning the affected areas and explaining through the whole process what was being done and why. I'm glad the 1-800 Water Damage team was there to help us through the clean up phase of our water leak.

Let me start with, thank you! We had Alex, Sam, Jamon, Juliana, and Alejandro out to clean a sewage back up in a crawl space. They were awesome! They kept the work area very clean the entire time. (Not an easy thing to do when your dealing with sewage) They answered all of my questions and made a very stressful situation much easier for us to deal with.

Everyone was very polite and respectful. If they didn't have a mask on, they had a smile on their face. When the job was finished ( 8 hours), Jamon and Sam explained everything to us and were happy to answer even more questions that we had. I would 100% recommend this company.

In Feb. 2018 I had a drain pipe break in the wall of my kitchen which cause water damage to my kitchen cabinets, flooring, and finished basement. I called 1-800-Water-Damage and Dan Glenn came the same day to assess the damage. He explained the entire process of what cleanup and restoration would entail, the chemicals that would be used to treat for mold, and the work methods and equipment the crews would use for the job.

He put up a temporary zip wall to my basement and protective barriers over the floors and carpeted stairs they would be walking on. I was confident they were the right company for the job and was very pleased with the restoration efforts. Dan was extremely professional and a great communicator.
