Patrick did an amazing job on our install. He was very communicative before coming and had everything he needed before he arrived. Our pipe broke outside so we had to turn off all water to our house so this was an urgent job. Patrick was the first to respond to my call and he gave me a quote over the phone after seeing pictures of our problem. His quote was very competitive and even though he was coming from Tampa to Trinity he was going to make it sooner than all of the plumbers in our area. I will definitely be recommending him to all my friends and family with plumbing needs.

I got lucky enough to have Michael as my service representative. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I thought that I needed to do a thorough leak inspection, however he recommended that I save my money and fix the most likely culprits of my high water bill instead. Not often that you find somebody that recommends that you don't pay extra for stuff you don't need.

We had a visit from Tom (our favorite Cape plumber), to reroute water supply lines & drain to a new position in the bathroom, and then install a new vanity and hook up the new lines and drain. There were two visits, one to move the lines & drain, and a second to install the vanity and hook-ups (the wall was closed up between visits). On each occasion, the work was expertly done, and completed within 90-120 minutes, including clean-up. We are very pleased with the outcome. Tom is the best of plumbers, and over the years, Cape has always provided quick and first-rate service. Five stars!

Both Mark and Michael have been to our house on four occasions for slab leaks. On each occasion, they were able to identify the underground leak and make the necessary repairs in a prompt and professional manner. Had an emergency. Water would not turn off in my shower. Cape Plumbing sent Elmer to fix my problem in less than 2 hours. Elmer was courteous and reassured me the problem could and would be fixed. We contracted with Tom from Cape Plumbing In Pomano Beach to repair a water leak under the slab In our commercial property. Our bill for two offices was almost $800 a month. The leak was under a office floor. They expertly cut the slab and excavated the area. They were able to repair the water pipe and solve our leak. They were prompt, courteous and very professional. They communicated with us at every step of the repair process. After completion of the work the area was left immaculate. I highly recommend Tom with Cape Plumbing.

We hired Cape Plumbing to install gas lines to four appliances in our home. I worked with the owner, Mark, to get the permit issued for the job. He was friendly, thorough and responsive throughout the process. The plumber who wrote up our estimate and ran the gas lines was Tom. Tom was prompt, informative, friendly and checked in with me about our satisfaction with his work a few times.

I had a slab leak in the house and I called Cape Plumbing. Mark, the owner, called me back and I explained the problem. He sent me Michael, a very nice gentleman. We talked and he went about locating the leak. Once found, he told me the plan and cost. He was straightforward. Michael did an excellent job and cleaned up after himself. Cape Plumbing was recommended by a friend. They had a tankless water heater installed by Michael V. of Cape Plumbing. He did a great job at their home. Our project was installing a new water heater but we also needed new water lines that had corroded going to the unit. (Our home is on well water) Michael V. was also the technician for us. Toilets and showers were backed up, Leo Alonso came out immediately, not only fixed the problem but also educated me on the why the how and what I can do to avoid future problems. Great customer service. Appointment was exactly on time as scheduled. Arsenio was patient and helpful. He tried out a few different things to identify where the leak was coming from and thankfully it didn't end up requiring us to cut any more holes in our ceiling which is what we were hoping to avoid. Cape Plumbing is the only company to consider doing the job. We called another company, the plumber came to the house and could not find the leak. There was a pipe under the house that the other plumber decided needed to be cut. After cutting it, he said that the pipe was old and he would have to replace the whole thing for $2200 and still couldn't guarantee that was where the leak was - it wasn't!
So after we agreed to pay the plumber for 1 hour, we were worse off and had no water. We called Cape Plumbing and told them our lengthy story. They said, "we're sending our best." They did! After dealing with this huge mess for an entire week, Thomas arrived at the house and within 10 minutes knew exactly where the leak was. Two hours later, Thomas was cleaning up and the leak was gone! Not only will we continue to call Cape Plumbing but we are requesting Thomas every time!

I had unbelievably fantastic service! The boss sent me an immediate very reliable and professional and effective plumber! The owner Mark came to help too! I had a major leak and it was fixed within 12 hours! This time includes the greatest plumber Thomas. Thomas was able to locate the bad pipe in the wall and fix it very effectively! He was also very pleasant!

These guys were excellent! I had to replace all my cast iron pipes under the house, and John and Jason were on top of everything. Permits came fast, even from Fort Lauderdale. They started immediately and finished on time. John showed me pictures every step of the way, and I had every confidence they were working to code and not cutting any corners.
They cleaned up every day and threw in a few extra things I needed done. And they were cheaper than the other bids I got. Fantastic job John, Jason, and Mark! I highly recommend you.

Stack drain pipe leak at my house, so lucky to have called cape plumbing and talk to mark, the owner. He came right out and found the problem, came the next day and fixed the leak. It was by far not an easy job, but Mark, with some help from his great assistant Brian, completed the job in 1 day. The work was done and they cleaned up nicely, the price was less than I thought it would be, very fair. I would call them again for any plumbing problems.
