There was a hail storm in my area last night. Joshua Ross and his team came to my place in the morning and did a thorough inspection of our roof. They were very professional and told me, after a detailed inspection, that my roof was good and didn't have any damages. I really appreciate the honesty and transparency, and will make sure I call them if I have any issues with my roof in the future.

Douglas Construction did a great job on my roof. This was not going through insurance so they provided me with an estimate, which was reasonable for an architectural shingle, and I accepted. They scheduled me out and did the work, cleaned up properly, and everything was great. I would recommend. They are licensed and insured so that gave me a peace of mind.

We went through alot to get started but the insurance company got their part done. It was like clock work. In and out with excellent work. Douglas Construction Sales, Project Manager, and the Roofing Crew are all true professionals in their areas of expertise, that you can trust. What impressed me the most was the information I was given on the roofing ventilation system that they advised needed to be updated from the original installed 25 years ago, when the house was built. No other roofing company I consulted, ever mentioned they should change some things when installing the new roof, that would greatly improve ventilation, help to make the attic cooler and actually make a new roof more efficient. From my first contact to my last they were easy and a pleasure to work with.

They came with a big crew early in the morning and got the roof installed in 1 day! Great photos on the portal to keep us posted on the progress. After Hurricane Ida, we were desperate to have a new roof installed back on our home. We talked to several contractors before deciding on Douglas Construction. Not only did they offer a more-than-fair price, they informed us of the quality of work they would provide. More importantly, they delivered that quality! We could not be happier with the helpful communication, quality of work and cleanup, and follow-up after the job was completed. We would not think twice about having Douglas Construction provide any services they offer in the future.

We had wind damage to our roof back in April. Douglas construction did a superb job of putting the new roof on. They were helpful through the whole process. Giving us needed information for our insurance company, also with information about the repair. They were here when they said, and finished quickly and cleaned everything up as though they were never here.
