Justin and his team were amazing and so incredibly helpful during an extremely stressful time for us. They made everything seem less daunting. We rent our house out year-round, so when we heard from our tenants that our basement was flooded it was even more chaotic knowing we couldn't be there right away to assess the situation. Justin was there the very next day to walk through it with us and explain the process step-by-step.

He worked with us, and our tenants, to ensure they were comfortable with him entering the home (which was often considering the damages). He was respectful of our tenants' space, our wishes, and stayed in constant communication with us every step of the way. We would recommend 1-800 Water and Justin to anyone in a crisis!

Alex, Jason and the team did a great job of removing our damaged drywall and flooring in the kitchen and basement, drying and cleaning the affected areas and explaining through the whole process what was being done and why. I'm glad the 1-800 Water Damage team was there to help us through the clean up phase of our water leak.

We had them come out after our dishwasher overflowed and the hard wood cupped and warped. Alex was out here quickly and took care of it! He explained all of the tools and machinery as well as answering all of our questions. They were able to dry out the floors enough that they went back to flat! We'll use them any time in the future that we have water issues!

This company was great to work with! We had a sewage backup into the basement over the weekend. The team came out day of to start the cleanup process. They were very thorough, kept us informed the whole way through and answered all our questions. Did a great job. We hope to never have to use them again but would in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

We had a leak in our guest bathroom due to a broken pipe. It flooded into our hallway and our closet. It was a mess. They got a plumber out to our house and he repaired the broken pipe. They brought out machinery to dry out the walls and closet. They came out several times to check on the progress. It was a great experience! Justin and his team are a kind, professional crew. They got the job done fast, gave great communication and were really reliable. Our water pressure tank sprung a leak and we had drywall water damage. We called and within 2 hours Darren K was at my house assessing the situation! He came for the next three days always called first and gave a time that he would be here and was on time every time.
