She has guided me through all the steps needed to complete my renovation and always with a bright smile. No question I asked or concern I had went unanswered. She is a definite asset to this company.

Everything has been finished with this project. Brian was a great asset and took charge of handling all the renovations and always with a smile. John and Kyle did the actual renovation. They did an outstanding job and stayed until the project was completed no matter how long it took. Good Morning, i wanted to send a quick review on my experience with 1-800-waterdamage. My experience with Holly and Gus was extraordinary. Both were on time, very professional, and went beyond what i expected. Holly helped me by referring me to a trusted roofer, then assisted with the paperwork and follow up explaining the drying process to fix the leak and get rid the water in my drywall.

Both were courteous and professional. Gus an experienced technician that helped remove the TV and setup the equipment to throughly dry out any humidity left from the leak. Highly recommend Holly, Gus, and the entire team at 1-800-waterdamage

The company I work for works directly with 1-800 WaterDamage and we have always referred our customers to them in their time of need. Chad and Holly are amazing! They do a fabulous job at communicating with the clients and us when needed. Here is a before and after picture of a recent restoration job they did for one of our customers! They were over the moon with the results and how everything was handled.

The owners, Scott and Chad were at our water damaged house in 20 minutes. A crew of uniformed, hard working, water mitigation team immediately began drying the house, even before insurance details were approved. Throughout the process I was kept up to date with calls, text, and photos. The subcontractors they used for repairs were very experienced, and timely. 1-800 Water Damage of Athens completed the complete job, on time, on budget, and.cleaned everything and removed all debris before final punch list sign off.

They also were very helpful with delivering a 35 page detailed report with drawings, specs, line item detail by area and photos for myself and the insurance company. No hype, no upsell, very organized and I highly recommend anyone to contact them first at the time of a water damage event.

We had a massive water leak in the downstairs of our church ( Canvas Church ) Flooded several rooms 1-800 did a Fantastic Job of repairing all of the damage to the floors and walls. Floors and sheet rock replaced. The final results are AMAZING! I highly recommend 1-800 Water Damage for any of your water repair needs.

We were surprised one morning with a clogged main drain line that resulted in a sewage overflow of two toilets in our home. Waste water (sewage) seeped from an upstairs bathroom through the floors and ceiling, and dropped into the hardwood floors of our living room. The downstairs toilet overflowed through our hallway and through the drywall, under our cabinets and into our kitchen.

The water poured into our air vent, into our air ducts and into our crawl space. Within 30 minutes of the incident happening that morning, Scott was at our house with his entire crew shortly to follow. They were efficient in getting right to work to mitigate any further damage. Their team was professional and their process was top-notch. We were informed of the appropriate steps and given advice on how best to to navigate the process.

Because of Scott's explanations, we were confident in his team's expertise to properly sanitize and dry out our home. During the drying days when the air scrubbers, dehumidifiers, and fans were in the house, the crew leader, Armondo, was very communicative, always giving us sufficient notice on when he would be dropping by the house to check. He was very diligent as he probed areas for moisture, making sure that everything was getting dry and nothing was overlooked.

The biggest compliment that I can share about this crew is about their cleanliness. Not only did our insurance adjuster make a comment to us about their clean up, but several contractors did as well. They made clean, straight cuts on the drywall, making for easier repairs. They did a good job avoiding damage to any of the unaffected areas during the demo process, as well.

They did a very good job in cleaning up all construction debris, maintaining all our personal property and using plastic to create barriers for the areas of our house that were not affected. Our unaffected floors were protected with paper, and all the debris was carried away and discarded. Highly recommend!

Fantastic crew, prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, professional and affordable. Cannot ask for more. Our basement flooded during a bad rainstorm. Chad came out quickly to help us assess the best plan of course for preventing a recurrence and walked us through all possible options. He gave us a professional opinion not a sales pitch, and we definitely appreciated that. His entire crew was great and we would gladly use them in the future.

How refreshing it was to find a contractor I could trust, who was timely, professional and reasonably priced and an all around nice guy. Chad, of 1800waterdamage remodeled my master bath and gave me a beautifully updated space. He was respectful of my property and kept the surrounding areas as clean as possible with plastic draped over everything and the traffic areas covered so my floors were not damaged.

I had a glass shower re-tiled and the glass reinstalled along with the tub area, new lights, new mirrors and the floor re-grouted. Everything looks great - a very satisfied and pleased customer Thank you very much!

I needed some windows replaced and couldn't find anyone who could do them in under 12-15 weeks during Covid. Chad and his guys first referred me to a Millworks owner they knew and he had the windows done in 3 weeks. These guys installed them the day they picked up the windows.
