All of the Burkee technicians who have been to our home to service our systems over the years are professional, polite, and competent in their work. They always arrive on time. We recently had our heat pump and air conditioning system replaced. The quote was explained well, and the pricing was fair. The technicians completed the job in a timely manner. We are very happy with their installation of our new systems. We are very pleased with Burkee service technicians, and would highly recommend this company.

Due to a blast of arctic air we got to see Matthew for the second time - he came out in the fall to inspect our system and this time to take a look at our little heat pump that couldn't keep up- he is knowledgeable and personable -two excellent attributes to have when working with customers. We will be working with Burkee climate control in the near future to come up with an auxiliary back up so we will be better prepared for the winter weather!

Our HVAC system went down at 5 in the morning during the Winter, and within 30 minutes of calling Burkee they had sent out engineers. The lady that answered the phone was polite and efficient. George diagnosed the issue with a few seconds, showed me what had happened, and explained the next steps clearly and professionally. He did everything he could to get the parts needed to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Solid 10/10 service. My wife and I will be happy to call upon Burkee's services again in the future. Matt was great! Came for a service call in 10 degree weather. Found out it was the condensate pump and had it replaced by 10 am on an 8 am service call. Highly recommend Burkee Climate Control!

George did a maintenance check for us today. He was professional, on time and friendly. I highly highly recommend this HVAC company. Our technician George was extremely personable and professional. He came out to do a system maintenance and diagnostic (when I've been told by competitors that these need to be separate appointments) and thoroughly cleaned our old propane furnace. When a problem arose that evening, he came out again the very next day and solved it, testing the system a further 17 (!) times and not charging us because we signed up for a service plan the day before.

This was unexpected and excellent service. If you don't have a hvac person already, this is the best choice for a local company that has an affordable service plan and a friendly staff who knows their stuff. Thank you Burkee.
