Ernie's Plumbing is available from 7am to 5pm Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm on Saturday and closed Sundays. On your slab leak, the first thing we will do is evaluate the source of the excess water and then determine the least intrusive way to access the leak. Truth be told, slab leaks in Texas are not uncommon in structures that are at least 10 years old.

Ernie’s was wonderful!
We had an emergency plumbing issue literally five minutes before the new year last night and had to call ER plumbing services to come turn off our water for us, as our shut off valve was broken outside and the faucet inside. That other company was supposed to come back today to do repairs, quoted a very high rate, but called to cancel due to parts stores being closed for the holiday, today.
We called Ernie’s, which we should have done in the first place. We have used them before and knew they were great! We didn’t know last night that Ernie’s offered ER plumbing

They Scheduled next day but were able to fit me in same day due to a cancelation. They explained everything wonderfully. They advised me on what to do to avoid this in future. Would recommend highly.

Came out on news years eve, they charged all types of fees and couldn't fix it till next week, they only got my water off and quoted me 1000 bucks for a job Josh did for almost a quarter of it! Freaking love you guys ! This is my go to plumbing company. For the rest of my life !

They did work for my neighbors & sliced our sprinkler line in half. The guy working was very rude to my husband when he pointed it out. Then made a smart comment as my husband was walking way which made him upset. We called the company the next day & they said it was not their fault. Said it was done when they redid Whitley road almost 2 years ago. So not true. We had all that replaced & have used the system many times with no issues. Please beware…if they make a mistake they will not hold themselves accountable or repair what they damaged. Plenty of other hard working plumbers out there. Think

Two plumbers came from Earnie’s , original plumber gave astronomical price to my wife after dragging his feet through the house with a bad attitude clearly not wanting to do any of the work and seeing a woman thought he could severely increase the price. Second plumber was a supervisor who charged a lot to get the job done as well but much much much less than the original quote. The first plumber was stating we had bought the wrong toilet for replacement ( I had measured before I bought the new one ) this ended up being untrue as confirmed by the supervisor who came by after. The front desk clerk was so nice and was able to get me into a cancellation spot last minute. I got same day service within the hour. Craig came out and was so nice and professional. He worked quickly and got our water back on same day. Fantastic service. I will use them again for future services.
