My garage door went off track and I called veteran garage door they came out and fixed it the same day at a reasonable price. About 30 days later the garage door was off balance and came off the track I called them again and fixed it the same day at no cost to me. They guarantee their work and get it done quickly and efficiently. Cameron the service technician was professional, courteous and experienced. I would definitely recommend veteran garage door.

I've had these folks out here several times to repair my various garage door issues over the years and they are always on time, respectful, and honest. They will give you the cheapest options up to the most expensive, and they aren't pushy with sales. I'm always pleased with their work. I called Veteran for a problem with my garage door. Andy D responded on time and after a quick assessment, identified the problem. Repair was quick and efficient. I also had him do preventive maintenance while he was here. Pricing was less than expected and the job was well done. I will definitely use VGD in the the future and recommend them to others.

Very impressed. Technician Jovani arrived on time and quickly diagnosed my problem then offered several options to fix the issue. Given the age of my garage door opener I decided to purchase a new system with Wi-Fi access. Jovani worked quickly and professionally. Cleaned up after each step. Performed some extra maintenance on my door, rollers and springs and aligned the open and close position for the new opener and it works great, is much quieter than my previous unit and with the Wi-Fi connection is easy for me to make sure that the door is closed each night. Great company to deal with.

Although I haven't had any work completed yet I wanted to leave a positive review for their excellent customer service. When I called to schedule the consult whoever answered was very friendly and was able to get me an appointment just a few hours later. Andy D. came out to do a thorough estimate and spent plenty of time here taking pictures and explaining the process to me, along with the estimate and other options. I asked assistance from Veteran because my overhead garage door refused to close all the way. I was happy with their quick response. I needed to replace an old garage door, contacted several service companies, got to this company after trying several others. The quotation process took the first day and the back office prepared the materials. The installation workers showed up on a 2nd day, removed the old garage door and installed the new set of door / accessories. I kept the opener, as it was not needed to be replaced. Anyway, the workers got the job done within 2 hours, the entire process was smooth and clean.
