I had an emergency and required a repair immediately; however, the person I left a message for did not get back to me quickly. So, I called the Veteran Garage Door Repair experts, who arrived to help me out within the hour. After requesting the installation of a keypad, the task was completed immediately. Also, he greased the door, so it's silent now. I'm a very satisfied customer!

Our garage door decided to stop closing the week of a hard freeze, and Veteran Garage Door Repair was out there the SAME DAY. Oscar had us fixed up in less than half an hour and was so patient because I had so many errands to run while he was here. He even noticed another cable fraying and fixed that for us. I was so grateful to get it fixed before the snow comes tomorrow and able to sleep peacefully knowing our garage door wasn't wide open all night. Very professional service with a kind expert! I contacted Veteran Garage Door Repair on Dec. 7th due to a broken spring. I agreed to a 3pm appointment. However, the office contacted me to ask if they could come earlier (at 2:30pm). I agreed. Later I received another call from the technician, Lance, informing me of his expected arrival. He came on time (if not a few minutes early, which I appreciate). Lance was professional, polite, and explained everything to me.
He assessed the problem quickly and had me back in operation about a half hour later. Lance emailed my receipt within minutes and I received a follow-up phone call from Derek regarding my experience/satisfaction. I informed him that I appreciate the follow-up phone call and how they treat their customers. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Veteran Garage Door Service.
He assessed the problem quickly and had me back in operation about a half hour later. Lance emailed my receipt within minutes and I received a follow-up phone call from Derek regarding my experience/satisfaction. Estimator came in and explained advantages and disadvantages of repairing current door and getting new. one. We opted for new one. You have option of paying half or all the price up from. There was a cancellation that day so installer got here a little after 12. He was very professional and worked quickly and efficiently. The new door was installed by 2:30.
Other than the actual automatic garage door opener all the braces, rails, guides, and other necessary components were replaced. The quality of the parts are much better than the old ones, and the rails and supports that allow the door to go up and down have more bracing than the old door. Door looks amazing and it is much quieter than the old one.
The installer took the time to gather up the wiring for the electric eye sensor which had come loose and neatly attach it out of the way. We could not be happier with the install.

Garage door broke after returning home and wouldn't close after roller came off and parts went flying. Needed someone out fast so could close door to secure items stored in garage. Prompt service. No trip charge. Technician was knowledgeable. Fixed roller and adjusted and lubed everything. After $25 off repairs, total was $70. Double garage door works better and quieter than ever! Highly recommend Veteran Garage Door.
