My daughter recommended right choice plumbing after she had a great experience. I called them after I had a toilet leak on a Saturday and they responded promptly. They came out and fixed my toilet leak. all seemed well. two weeks later, toilet leaked again again placed an emergency call. They came out fixed a separate problem with the toilet. Can't say enough about their courteous customer service. Thanks Jake for your great service and Bella. Thanks you as well.

They responded very quickly when I called about a leak in my bathroom. Found the leak in a copper pipe in the wall. Showed me the copper pipe that was the culprit. Repair was reasonable and they answered all my questions.

Thorough professional courteous I have needed them twice now for different issues and am completely satisfied.

Wright Choice Plumbing has come to our rescue twice in the last month! Once with a Saturday morning flood disaster and just this week installing two new toilets and bidets. Grayson and the guys at Wright Choice Plumbing came out Monday and figured out quickly that I had a leak in the water lin between the house and meter. They went ahead gave me a fair price and scheduled the repair for Wednesday. They showed up on time and completed the work quickly. They did an excellent job and informed about everything they were doing. They even advised me to take the invoice to the city to get some money knocked of my bill. Extraordinary service with Wright Choice plumbing! Jerry and Amare were most especially accommodating. They came right out. Upon arriving they explained what options were available for my plumbing issue. The choices were not ideal since my toilet was old, basically an antique. These gentlemen went the extra mile at this point. They suggested that I would be better served to get a new toilet than by repairing my older one.

I am elderly and caregiver for my sister 24/7. It was not feasible for me to run out to purchase a new one. My predicament was obvious to Jerry and Amare. They offered to reserve, pick up, and deliver a new one to my home. I was astounded at their compassion and kindness. They went and returned with my new toilet, got right to work, completed the installation, and asked me to test the flush to be sure I was satisfied.
