I highly recommended Bill Fry the Plumbing Guy. I have used them twice now, they are fairly priced and flat out do GREAT work. Plus you don't have to wait a week to get an appointment.at least that's been my experience.

Called from HOA recommendation. Had a blocked hot water line and bathroom drain leak. Jeremy was very professional and thoroughly addressed all of our issues including water heater and shut-off valve replacement. Very pleased with the prompt service and reasonable pricing. Bill Fry and team continue to exceed my expectations. Each time I have needed plumbing help I have reached out to this team. They listen, help identify the highest risk issues, take corrective action, and discuss how to mitigate future issues. 99% of the time any work I have done on my house there is always something I recommend the company could improve, so far Bill Fry and team I haven't had any opportunity feedback.

After the last big thunder storm the power went out and the estimate was that it was going to be out for 24 hours. This caused me to search out a company to install an automatic battery backup system for each of two sump pumps. A neighbor recommended Bill Fry the Plumbing Guy. Today, Bill Fry sent his team over on my very tight time schedule and they arrived at 7:30 am and in two hours the 2 systems were expertly installed.

The guys were super professional and made sure that everything was clean and operating before they left. In my estimation they went well beyond my expectations. They have made a new friend and a loyal customer. I highly recommend Bill Fry and his company for any plumbing need- you will not be disappointed!

As a first time home buyer I was so scared to get a noise checked out because it was inevitably going to lead to something terrifying. Sent an appointment request through the website, contacted and set up a visit. Easy to use! During the appointment he took the time to explain what I was seeing and hearing. He spoke to me in terms I knew, he allowed me to ask all the questions and didn't rush the process. He was able to diagnose the problem, walk me through the fix and made what could have been a nightmare situation easy! would recommend!

We started our search for water treatment by consulting with Bill Fry the Plumbing Guy. We felt very comfortable with the information he provided us with as well as the quote to do the install. He sent a very experienced staff member and it took less than 45 mins for the install. It has been 2 days since the install and I can feel the difference in our water already. Honestly, Bill Fry Plumbing is the best! Bill trains his people personally and is only a phone call away if you need him. I wouldn't use anyone else! Especially Anthony Plumbing - I have a neighbor who has been displaced from their house for 6 months because of them.

Reached out in regards to a few different issues. The company was very responsive for scheduling. Very up front with expectations and cost. I received a text to let me know who my servicer would be. I got a text introduction and picture of who my tech would be. Jordan was awesome. He showed up on time. He took time to explain and educate me while performing the work.

We had a sudden need for plumbing help due to a leaky water heater. Bill Fry was recommended by another company. Bill Fry, the owner, worked with us to have a plumber come out the same day. Tyler, the plumber, was on site quickly and was able to fully resolve our problem in one visit- including running down a water heater which avoided a second visit. Tyler also helped us replace a defective InstaHot unit that we had previously installed.

I was disappointed that shoe coverings were not worn, nor did they clean up their mess afterwards. Otherwise, it was a fairly good experience.
