VGD did an outstanding job on my garage door recently. We needed a quick fix after an accidental bang from the roof of my truck. This company has taken care of us on several occasions. Recently the cable came off on the garage door. They were on time andthey called like stated to let us know they were in route.after looking over everything we opted to replace the garage door opener at the same time. They gave us several options across sereral price ranges. The mechanic was efficient, clean, and friendly. Would recommend and use them again

Excellent service from start to finish. I scheduled my appointment the day before and it was a pleasant experience. I received a call the morning of telling me the technician who was scheduled to come out wasn't available, but will get someone out as soon as possible. I received a call earlier than expected and he was able to assess my damage and assure me he can fix it. Trent was done in no time fixing my garage. I also got a call later to ensure everything was fine which is A+customer service. They are the only people I trust to work on my garage doors.

She scheduled the technician. The tech (Jordan) was very knowledgeable about the work he does. He explained what was needed to make the repairs.
