After some flooding from a poorly installed washer, the company came out right away (same day, within a few hours), and had my place tested and dried quickly. They were very communicative throughout the process and helped document and build a report to bill the company that was at fault for the washer.

Luis came to our house at 10 pm in the pouring rain during a super busy time. No other company would even talk to us due to the high amount of flooding in the area. He surveyed our basement flooding situation, helped us get a pool table on blocks, gave us tips for mitigating damage, and called us back the next day when he had a cleanup team available.

What an amazing human! He could have put us on a waitlist, but he truly wanted to help, and he expected nothing in return for that visit. We will keep this number on speed dial for future situations. Give this company your business, please!

We had a flooded basement with all the rain that we've had in Colorado the past month and a half. We thought that we could handle the mitigation all by ourselves, but we needed to call in for help. Without giving away too many details, I am currently dealing with a potentially unhealthy situation in the place where I am living. The first person who came by to assess everything was from a well known national company that I won't name here, but I'm sure you know. Not only did he show up late and with a bad attitude, he was very cagey about his answers in terms of the severity of what I was dealing with.

Imagine my relief when we asked for a second opinion from 1800 Water Damage and Efrem showed up. Not only did he show up on time and was very polite, he was also incredibly honest about the situation of everything at the property, and answered all my questions without any compunction or condescension. We have just started the process but I am very grateful to be working with Efrem and the people at 1800 Water Damage as I feel my house and all who live in it are in great hands.

Second five start thumbs up for Geoff and Beth (AKA Betty). The plumbers came out after 1-800 Water Damage of South Denver did a great job of cleaning up our crawl space. The plumbers fixed the broken sewer pipe but left new puddles and remnants of the repair. I called Geoff on the eve of the big snow storm. His team was scattered across the city. I can not express the gratitude I have for 1-800 WATER DAMAGE! From the moment I spoke to Betty in a panic over the phone as I was managing a frozen pipe leak in a home I was caring for in Boulder in February, mind you from San Diego. Betty went above and beyond to ease my tensions and got right to work to help get staff out to the property to access the damage.

These guys saved me! My Monday morning had started with the dreaded "squish" of stepping onto wet downstairs carpet.
