This company exceeded my highest expectations. We asked them to bid on the replacement of our roof, six skylights and two sides of our T1-11 sided house. Their bid was very competitive but moreover, they distinguished themselves by their proposal which was meticulous and contained great detail and picture documentation of what they would do. On the job they were well organized and efficient and though we had not asked for it, they document their work in real time on-line. Cathy and Shark did a great job with our roof. Once the old shingles were removed, the decking was in awful condition (rot and large holes everywhere) and they ended up replacing nearly our entire roof. They were very communicative, responsive, and a pleasure to work with.

Because Apolinar Roofing completed an emergency repair, promptly and professionally for us a couple of years ago we did not hesitate to call on them again. This time we needed our box gutters lined and downspouts replaced and knew we could trust Apolinar. Shark and Joe completed a challenging job in record time and exceeded our expectations. Big shout out to Apolinar Roofing! I give them 5 stars and would give 1,000 if I could. From the very first call and meeting with Cathy and her crew I knew this was the right company. I had several bids and apolinar was the best. The communication was excellent all the way through the process. Every question was answered in a way I could understand and in a timely manner. AMAZING! Apolinar Roofing exceeded all of my expectations. Cathy and Shark stayed at my house on the day of the estimation until dark showing me samples and explaining what I was missing on my roof as well as how they would fix it. Shark literally crawled up the very narrow side of my roof to inspect it. I knew I had a small hole up there where shingles were missing and he patched it up at no charge. Even if we decided not to use him for a new roof he gave me a free patch. This company is simply amazing and my new roof is beautiful and expertly installed. Apolinar Roofing was very prompt and professional. I called about a leaking chimney flashing and vent gaskets and the owner, Shark, came by on a Sunday, climbed onto the roof, inspected everything and took detailed photos. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a break-down of costs and pros/cons of each level of repair. He was not pushy. He just simply gave me all of the information to make my own decision.
