South Shore Chem Dri came and did my wall to wall carpet, numerous area rugs and runners as well as a set of stairs. Dave and Brian did an amazing job. Left all the carpets and rugs feeling like new again. Smells great too! This is the second time I have ised Chem Dri. They are fabulous. The rugs and carpets dried in a short time.

I made an appointment with the office. They are very easy to deal with, very responsive and professional. Brian who cleaned the rugs was prompt. He explained the process, its necessary to bring in the steaming equipment for cleaning, I live in a condo complex and it is difficult to access but he was able to with no problem. He did a thorough job. Brian and the entire company are great and I would use them again. They use green chemicals so I was happy and prices seem reasonable

South Shore Chem-Dry cleaned a rug, chairs, and ottoman for me. They all look AMAZING! Like brand new. The chairs are at least 15 years old and the rug had multiple soda, ice cream, dog stains. I couldn't be more happy. Excellent service, very prompt, the father and son team were a pleasure!

Dave and Karen could not be more helpful and professional. They walked me through the best options for getting my area rugs cleaned from puppy accidents. Dave cleaned the rugs right here in my house and he explained everything he was doing, as well as what cleaning solutions were being used (all safe for pets). They are both so friendly and the job performed was high quality at a reasonable price. I am literally making a list of anything else around the house that I can call them to come back to clean! The best!

Found them through a google search and utilized their services based on good reviews. First off, the employee who booked the appointment was very thorough and transparent about pricing. The owner showed up right on time on the weekend to the house we just purchased. He went the extra mile to make sure the carpet looked amazing and discussed with me that it would look better but might take slightly longer to dry. I appreciated his transparency as well. Overall everything came out amazing, everyone was professional, and well priced. Highly recommend their services.

We are SO happy with the service we received from South Shore Chem-Dry. Dave is highly knowledgeable and took plenty of time to explain to me all of our options and the process he would be using. We have a white cotton couch that was quite dingy, the arms were filthy, it had a pet stain, a couple of mystery red stains - we even had gum stuck to one of the cushions.

I never thought I would have my beautiful white couch back. But Dave worked miracles and got all of the stains out - even the gum! The price was very reasonable and even came in under what I was originally quoted. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
