Josuha, arrived in a timely manner ready to get after it. Took measurements, calculated cost, presented proposal, offering additional Scott Guard, inquired about any known spots. Within 10 minutes had equipment in place to start his task. After completing job I was shocked at the cleaning that had taken place, areas of heavy traffic looked new! Josh was very attentive to my needs and fulfilled my expectations.

The sofas must be 10 years old and never cleaned. Thats embarrassing but Alex did a fantastic job- the sofas almost look brand new. Why did I ever wait so long. Thanks so much. Looking forward to Alexs return to clean the vinyl tile in kitchen and two bathrooms.

Pacific Breeze Chem-Dry provided excellent service, reasonable pricing and they did a great job. I have absolutely no complaints. They picked up an are rug, cleaned it and brought it back all in just 3 days. My 25 year old area rug looks like new. I am very satisfied with their work. I will be using them again when I need to get it cleaned in the future.

Excellent service! Very please with the cleaning. Removed the odor and stains from our carpet. We have two golden retriever puppies and you can imagine the potty training accidents! Ugh. The office personnel were clear and straight forward and service and cost. Service tech was timely, professional, and informative. Offered me one additional service but when I was unsure was not pushy at all and said if I changed my mind and wanted it done I could just schedule another appointment for the treatment. He was extremely patient and spend a good amount of time cleaning every detail of the couch and offered to go over any concerns I had again before leaving. I highly recommend this company
