He was knowledgeable and professional. We moved into a house that had pet urine and oils from the previous owners dog. They used a different carpet company to clean it and only made it worse. ChemDry came in and used their pet product and it got rid of the smell and urine. I highly recommend this company over any other. The price is worth every penny.

Danielle is always helpful with lmpecable customer service. The owner did my carpet the last time. He is very personable. We had a good visit while he did my carpet. I was reeled in and sold by their friendly customer service. They tech that came out did an awesome job. Unfortunately less than 24 hours after the cleaning our cat peed on the furniture again. After a scheduling conflict they came back out with no complaints! Furniture looks and smells great again.

I had Chem Dry come to my house to clean a bathroom that my cat decided was also its bathroom. It smelled awful! The person who came from Chem Dry was nice, professional and did a great job. The carpet smells great was dry in a few hours. Now we can use that bathroom without suffocating from cat odors.
